La demoiselle qui nous as accueilli l'après-midi était très sympathique, par contre les deux autres dames présentes le soir et le matin n'ont même pas dit bonjour.

Accueil de la responsable très désagréable, comportement du personnel inacceptable ! Le personnel fait beaucoup de bruit dans les couloirs le matin à partir de 8h, éclats de voix et conversations animées ; excusez nous de payer pour dormir !!!

Accueil froid et peu agréable!!! Prix du petit-déjeuner à 8.90 Euros mais lorsque j'ai regardé ma facture bien trop tard, il avait été compté à 9.90 Euros!!! Méfiez-vous immédiatement en consultant votre facture!!! Petite chambre en rez-de-chaussée où il faisait très chaud à l'intérieur!!! Pas clim mais beaucoup de toiles d'araignée et d'araignées!!! Malgré ma demande, je n'ai pas été autorisé à prendre une douche après mon épreuve sportive alors que j'étais de retour à 11h30!!! Et que nous avons vu d'autres clients le faire alors qu'ils partaient immédiatement le matin même!!! Un petit point positif : la bouilloire avec des sachets de thé et café soluble à disposition!!! Bonne situation géographique à 15' à pied du centre ville de Mende!!!

Petite halte sur notre chemin pour y passer 1 nuit. Chambre propre et sanitaires corrects. Il manque 1 brosse pour les WC. Un peu bruyant la nuit car situé dans un rond-point mais heureusement Quies est là ! Petit déjeuner correct sous forme de buffet. Rapport qualité prix raisonnable

A notre arrivée nous découvrons : des traces de pneus dans les toilettes, un gel douche oublié dans la salle de bain, un café froid et une bouteille à côté du lit, et dans celui-ci des poils et des cheveux. Le lit avait pourtant été refait... Nous avons été relogé bien entendu. Sinon le terme confort ne correspond pas à la prestation annoncée : les chambres sont minuscules, sans clim et l'isolation phonique inexistante. 80euros. Nous regrettons le B&B.
