酒店位置好，有專用免費停車場，走廊很寬敞哦，房間大，乾淨衞生整潔，床上用品全部都是新的，舒服親膚，走路5分鐘不到就到萬達了，吃喝玩樂應有就有非常方便，聽説酒店對面2家地道客家菜非常有名好吃[色]下次必須去嚐嚐地道美食，去萬達金街逛了一圈，那裡不軌是美食一條街啊，最主要帥哥美女特別

服務員態度不好，一問三不知。一進門就聞到一股臭味，水杯裏有下一位旅客的茶水，裏面還有煙頭，裏面的茶水都發黴了，都沒有清洗。態度不好，我先不説，環境衞生再起碼也要搞好吧？拜託🙏🏻，這讓人怎麼住啊？

以前我也住過君樂假日酒店，現在換了老闆，酒店重新裝修升級了，環境好了好多好多，前台服務員也熱情！下次再來梅州，肯定入住君樂假日酒店！

酒店前台服務不錯，現在疫情都要求我們提供健康碼，行程碼，測體温入住，這個讓我入住放心，前台小姐姐可能還是新來不久的20歲左右吧講話笑起來很甜，房間大一百三不到很實惠，衞生乾淨舒適，床上用品全部都是新的，床墊好舒服隔音好，衞生間大可以美美的睡上一覺咯，走路去萬達應該50米很近，在市中心就是好，吃喝玩樂樣樣齊全，值得推薦酒店！

浴室挺大的，排水快，不會積水，比較乾爽，噴頭和水龍頭出水比較少，其他地方都還好。離萬達就200米，很近，買東西購物都很方便。
