當天剛好碰上參加高爾夫球賽的會員入住，又是下雨天，從停車開始，衹見球童來問要提球包嗎，一説衹是住店立馬掉頭走開，保安完全不顧長者未下車，一直趕我們離開大堂門口，進門後無人幫忙運行李，前台辦理入住的也是極其不耐煩，最後我們直問是不是衹服務有錢人，才説對不起。非常不好的服務

環境優美，空氣質量好，衞生安靜，唯一稍差的就是飲食單一。唯有客家經典美食，缺少其它菜系，偏鹹。早餐28元，衹有簡單的幾個菜，經典的醃麪、醃粉在哪？也不貴呀。酒店方可考慮將飲食做為一個重點做好，便好服務於遊客。
