It was good enough to stay one or two nights, great location, there is a whataburger near, old navy, many stores around, good enough for the price.

Room smelled like mildew and mold. Saw roaches in the bathroom and kitchen and I left with bed bug bites. Needs a good exterminator

As I made my reservation, I picked this place because it showed to have a kitchenette, stove, full size fridge and microwave, for a 5 day stay,that was great, I didn't have to eat out all the time.
As I drove up I didn't noticed the extended stay and weekly rates available, as I understand, this properties take beating with this, but , the microwave was rusted outinside the upper corners and the bottom where the door closes as well as the door, it wasn't clean either and you can see where there is the wear and tear, overall I don't think I will use a extended stay again.
The help was very nice and helpful, al A's!
It is just hard to polish a rock with a soft cloth!

Property is in excellent and new condition. Staff very attentive and helpful. Should I travel to McAllen again I will look to stay at Studio 6 again.

First thing we saw as we entered the room was roaches on wall. Later on floor and other bug on floor.
