Great hotel very close to the railway station, just be aware that if you walk to the hotel you have to go over a bridge so just bare that in mind if have luggage. Only a short drive to the main scenic areas and only a short walk to the main pedestrian street. Lots of places around to eat. Breakfast delivered to the room.
Only downside was the receptionist wasn’t the friendliest towards foreigners.

Chaotic check in, room we were given wasn't clean, carpets had lots of dust throughout the hotel, noisey at night.
All hotels in the town are very expensive for what they are though...

The hotel restaurant has a complete set of baths, which is very convenient. Walking in the city center, the night view of Manzhouli is very beautiful. The Chinese food and port dishes are very delicious. The bathing is very wow.
