This is the second time we are staying in this hotel. The last time was last June and we exactly had the same problem still. The last time we went here, they mentioned that wifi is not working since there's something that needs to be fixed. Fast forward to 4 months later, the lady in the front desk presented the wifi username and password but when we tried to connect, no internet still. The last time we went here, they gave us a different remote to the TV. Now, we got the right remote but lady mentioned that it's not cable TV but we can watch something thru the net. Poof. It's also not connected. The beds are comfy tho but pillows' too thin. The faucet in the sink was damaged. They don't have other amenities. Location is okay if you want to explore UST, quiapo, or divisoria. Overall, value for money, we've stayed to other hotels with way better deals than here.

This time the room that we booked— it’s telephone is out of order, the toilet has blockage, the ac in room creates statics, the lower floor creates loud noises. It was not a good experience to us. However, this is the first that this happened to us in this hotel so we just shrugged it off. Suki kasi kami dito sa hotel na ito because of its cheap price yet comforting hotel to stay in that’s why we let it slide. 😆

A nice place to stay, where within Manila and Makati at the same vicinity. Crew are kind, room is clean, you can see the cleanliness of the room as per photo they've post on there site, got only one parking space but got it on an early reservation. Area may a bit far from the main city, but you can feel the ambience of local recidence of Manila...

Value for the price. Clean, comfy and accessible as it is near the highway. Although I’m bothered by the loud AC noise, it was still tolerable. There’s also a convenience store at front, 24/7 (friday to sunday)

Positive: • Front desk is very approachable and gives us the things that we need [towel, tissue, floor rug] • Located at the heart of universities. Closest to UST. Negative • Room has cockroaches • Bedsheet has stains
