The first room I was checked in to already was occupied. I opened the door to find someone sleeping in the bed.
The second room I occupied had extremely loud music coming through the broken windows.
The third room I got was OK.

I used this hotel just for my connecting flight the following morning(7:40 am). Due to jet lag, I could go to bed at 3am. Even though, I asked the front desk to make a wakeup calls both at 5am and 5:30am, but they did not. I missed the flight. I even wouldn't think about this devastating hotel.

Old hotel, needs renovation. The pillows all have tangled fibers due to age and need to be renewed. Cleanliness and good breakfast.

The shower in room 1503 simply doesn't heat up properly. I complained 3 times at the reception and nothing was resolved or provided any response in 5 nights. Weak breakfast (orange juice wasn't even natural, there was no espresso, bread looking old and a little hard, etc.) for a hotel with this daily rate (practically 350 reais).
And to finish, a torn bath towel (I have a photo).
In short, poor value for money.

O hotel é maravilhoso! Ficamos apenas uma noite, mas a cama é super confortável, o quarto tem ótima climatização (o que é importantíssimo em Manaus) e a estrutura de piscina e salão de jogos é muito bem montada, aproveitamos bastante! Recomendo demais!
