First of all they didn’t arrange anyone to pick us from airport and we had to go by ourselves and carry 4 luggage with a small kid ! And they said it’s trip’s app problem!
Room very small and view to the another building’s window.
Room had no slippers , soap , shampoo and other necessities, called them 4 times and asked , they said ok we will come and check but finally they didn’t until we checked out !
Price not match with the hotel’s quality
Breakfast was ok

I give a big thumbs up to Ctrip Hotel's service. The whole service was very considerate and patient in answering questions.
The connection service of Madai Hotel is also very smooth. When the hotel on the island is off the water, Feifei will take the initiative to call the front desk of the hotel and provide free pick-up and drop-off. A breakfast box is also provided the next morning.

The service is okay, but the hotel is really bad. 1500 hotels, small ones can't turn around. And the sound insulation is very poor, the sound from the next room can be heard clearly, the windows in the room are so small that it can be ignored. The check-in experience was poor. Not worth the price at all.

All was good. Provided airport pick up and drop off without additional charges. Very nice dinner and breakfast with amazing view from the 10th floor, very nice massage in spa and all staff are smiling and very friendly. Only one moment:room furniture looking a bit old, may be need to do renovation. The rest of things are great.

I recently stayed at Unima Grand and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, Especially Mr. Akhil was very friendly and ensured all my needs were met throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and dining options.I highly recommend Unima Grand for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Very comfortable stay at unima grand. Friendly reception staff and amina especially helped us a lot in our stay and guided us. Also helped us to select local market for suvenier. Location is also very good. Atmosphere is also very good. Also it's a lot fun
