Best Hotels in Macae

We love the accommodation. Breakfast is good and varied. It serves many tastes. The hotel has a wonderful location and the room is very cosy. We want to return!

I knew the Ramada network and I hosted in Recife where I enjoyed it. This hotel has free parking, excellent breakfast, good service (particularly the of the official Bruno, who helped me and matched Globo to see the shows), spacious room, good quality bathroom, shower facilities, The hotel takes a 9 out of 10, the only observation is about TV that unfortunately is not smart and were not taking the open channels. I hosted the Carnival and wanted to see the shows, I asked for help at the reception three nights afterwards and the staff said it was channel X, without the concern of repairing. If it were not the performance of the official Bruno last night, who proposed to syntonize the channel, I would not be able to see anything but the few available film channels.

Eu gosto de ficar hospedada no Golden tulip,desde check in até a saída o atendimento sempre é o mesmo, ótimo sempre mantendo o padrão isso na minha opinião e fundamental, desde os funcionários até a direção sempre solícitos ao conforto de seus hóspedes,não troco este hotel por outro não pra mim vai ser nota 10 por esta atenção e padrão que eles mantém.Obrigada toda equipe do Golden tulip

My husband works in Macao and then I decided to visit, to meet the city and then I chose the paradise to stay. Because it was the sea side and had a wonderful view of the pool (with infinite edge), however, when we arrived at the hotel, when we picked up the lift, one said that the pool, academy and sauna were not working. I did the stay just for the pool, because I had a little baby and couldn't go to the sea. Deception. We were not even informed at the check-in. Otherwise we were looking for another!

Friendly staff and most speak fluent English. Breakfast has egg station and some variety in the buffet items. Rooms are large and well maintained. The main public beach of Macae is in walking distance. The beach in front of the hotel is marked red/no swimming but it is a nice beach for sunbathing and refreshing in the ocean. No washed up garbage on the beach. Swimming pool is more like a large dip pool and fun for children. For South American standards there are many sun loungers at the pool. Beautiful views from the hotels sun deck. Hotel restaurant is good with moderate pricing. Hotel lobby is nice and a good place to spend some time. By and large it is probably Macae's best Western standard hotel at the beach.

The team at the Comfort Suites Macaé is simply excellent. They maintain high standards to make your stay relaxing and easy. At one point, they managed to open the gym to suit my crazy schedule. Other highlights: the breakfast room on the top floor where you have the impression that you are hovering over the beach. Too cool. My room's view from the balcony was pretty magical too. For someone who is Nordic to gaze at a tropical beach every morning in March receives an extremely high score. In addition, the reception staff were a key to me feeling looked after as my Portuguese is rather at the naissant phase. :) They always had a friendly greeting for me. Thanks to them, it was my home away from home for a month and I hope ever so much to return there.

This was my second hosting in this wonderful hotel! Even though we have experienced “some unforeseen about the size of the room, inoperant TV and problems in the rail” , we all have received excellent technical support and assistance . We can only quote some amazing staff who are highlighted in this team “top 10” . Jefferson, this smile and the kindness of this boy are imbattable! Thank you! Há muitos anos sou um Cliente Fidelidade ACCOR - ALL apesar dos benefícios ofertados aos seus clientes elite serem muito fracos em comparação com outras marcas de hotéis concorrentes, atualmente possuo Status Platinum e na parte da manhã solicitei um dos benefícios da categoria que é o check-out tardio, já que eu NUNCA usei o check- in early e fui perguntado até que horas gostaria de ficar no hotel, respondi até no máximo 18h, de imediato fui atendido, registrado em sistema e chave do apart. validada, até aí tudo Ok ! Sai do hotel de manhã e só voltei próximo de realizar o check-out, para minha surpresa o hotel queria me COBRAR O VALOR pelo check-out tardio, achei isso: ABUSO, ILEGAL E IMORAL, pois já fiquei diversas em várias hotéis da Accor seja num Ibis, Novotel ou Mercure e sempre tive check-out tardio até no Máximo às 19h da noite e NUNCA PAGUEI UM CENTAVO por isso, não seria agora no Ibis Macaé com seus apart com instalações ainda antigas da primeira versão do Ibis que iria me cobrar um benefício de direito meu ! O hotel ainda não foi revitalizado (reformado) para o padrão atual do Ibis de bandeira vermelha seus quartos são antigos da 1º versão do hotel. Parece que no Ibis temos que ”mendigar” , ”implorar” pelos nossos benefícios... Obs.: Agora 2ª feira recente dia 30/05/22 fiquei hospedado no Novotel Porto Atlântico - Rio de Janeiro e solicitei o check-out tardio e foi concedido até às 18 hs sem custo.
