My bathroom was disgusting. Black mold all around the bat tub and glass sliding door. I immediately asked for another room. My new room was better but my bed sheets were a shade of grey not white. Then my AC stopped working and my room safe did not work. I was moved to a 3rd room which was about the same. But my room safe did not work. I reported it and someone looked at it and said he would come back. He never did. In the morning there was no hot water. I checked out.

Hotel super aconchegante, atendimento muito bom, recepção top com atenção diferenciada, destacando-se o recepcionista Júnior que está de parabéns pela atenção e empenho para elevar ainda mais o padrão do hotel. Vale mais que 5 estrelas. Márcio Souza.

Boa receptividade, acomodações bem estruturadas , chuveiro delicioso, serviços de quarto impecável. Buffet de qualidade , funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos . Área externa lindíssima, piscina bem localizada , ar condicionado funcionando muito bem . Ótimas acomodações

Toda a estrutura do Hotel é excelente. O chuveiro, buffet, o atendimento dos garçons , o serviço em geral são ótimos. A parte externa com uma visão da praia excelente e um atendimento simpático e atenciaso , acomodações confortáveis e ambiente agradável

Café da manhã razoável, com serviço pouco treinado, atrapalhando o fluxo dos hóspedes no acesso à comida. Quarto com cheiro de guardado, frigobar com garrafinhas de água, vaso sanitário vazando e molhando o chão do banheiro e recepcionistas situados na escada, fora do balcão. Enfim, algo que precisa de um bom “banho de loja”. Empresas que usam este estabelecimento deveriam averiguar mais as condições oferecidas pelo curato cobrado.
