呂梁賓館是呂梁政府接待定點單位，整個軟硬件在當地都是數一數二。交通也非常便利，緊挨着政府機關辦事方便，同時也緊鄰商業街非常方便。酒店前台李美平和樓層服務人員服務意識很強，非常熱情，細緻。為她們點贊。

設施：建議沒錢就不要開酒店了！呂梁最高36度的天氣，呂梁這家賓館不捨的開中央空調！！房間內温度31度，前台和經理態度傲慢，連風扇也不給，心臟有毛病的估計要掛在這家酒店，瘋狂冒汗，建議心血管有問題的，為了生命安全遠離呂梁賓館！！
衞生：早餐種類少的可憐，大概是亞朵的一半，麪檔是白水面，連臊子都沒有。。蛋糕是隔夜的很硬
服務：零服務，酒店全員臭臉！🤮

房間夠大，衞生間太小，馬桶在門後，遮擋簾子上全是黴點，淋浴的地方也太小，院子在翻修，塵土飛揚，車位緊張。
早餐品種豐富，服務人員熱情，菜品口味也很不錯。
