服務：服務熱情周到，替顧客考慮，免費為我們長者孩子升級了房間，親子房，高級大床房特別舒適，給100個贊
環境：對面過馬路就是小吃一條街，方便，大商場也有，購物方便
設施：配套齊全，還有機器人免費送餐服務，又在市中心，價格也是物美價廉，性價比超高
衞生：房間特別乾淨，被套也都是換過，乾淨，整潔美觀大方

酒店地理位置不錯，逛街方便。但家庭房臨街，樓下就是世紀廣場，入住當天廣場有演出，唱到11點多才結束，聲音很大，影響休息。

服務很好，推薦！前台小姐姐很熱心，睡衣落在酒店裡了，還送了出來，給個大大的贊！身在異鄉感受到了呂梁的温暖！

座標離石世紀廣場，2023年1月27日，零下十幾度，房間居然沒有暖氣，太冷啦！！！衹有空調，還時好時壞，後來服務員那來個油汀，還是太冷！！！作為三人間，空間和麪積非常小，還不如別的酒店普通二人間空間！！！房間頂燈是壞的，枱燈是壞的，黑黢黢的，光線真是太暗了！！！洗澡水太小太小了，小到甚至沖不掉手上的一根頭髮，吹風機裏面的鐵絲外漏，沒有保護罩，隨時擔心頭髮被攪進去！！！此外衞生也是個問題，被罩上有多處黑色的污漬！！！這是最差的一次如家酒店居住體驗，甚至説是入住酒店中最差的一次，簡直活久見啊！

浴巾都發黃了，窗簾也是臟的不行，最奇葩的是空調裝在床頭側面，這晚上要是吹一宿，第二天會頭疼的吧。於是我們就熱了一晚上，孩子滾來滾去睡不踏實。還有就是樓下的廣場舞，無敵了，早上還有抽陀螺的，七點就開始了，想休息好的還是換家酒店吧。
