The room trash cans had not been emptied. The aesthetics of the hotel are dirty or looked grimey. They need to do some work on the property. The Television in the room did not work propose we could not watch it.

AC didn't work and they where unable to fix or unable to move us to another room. They refused to refund the money or acomidate us in anyother way. Poor service

This is a Motel....and we had problems with the exterior noise, the bed, room temperature, and the staff wanting us to leave before checkout time. Other than all of that...we slept pretty well.

Room Accommodations were good. They did not have or couldn't find my paid reservation. They, at first, gave me a receipt for a two night stay with the wrong last name and told me I had not prepaid the bill. I produced my receipt I had with me that reflected I had paid the bill online. I resolved the matter to my satisfaction. Somehow, they did not have the ******* reservation??

Extremely disappointed that you are calling this place a La Quinta hotel.

We booked this hotel while road tripping. It was in a convenient location. The hotel is in need of some updating. Our room was cleaned and had everything we required however the chairs, countertops, parts of the walls, and bathroom had very obvious brown and dark red stains. Sometimes one colour or the other, sometimes both. Of all the colours to have stained, those are the most concerning imo.

Overall it’s an ok place for the price. Nothing special. The building is starting to show its age. I would stay there again if I’m on a budget constraint like this time.
