Was easy to check in and out, however when we got to the room, we couldn’t find a garbage can. The room smelled like cigarettes. There was no blankets other than a thin sheet on the bed. So sleeping at night was super hard, because it was cold in the room. We had it at 70, but it was still too cold. Would’ve loved to have a thicker blanket.
Staff was super friendly and otherwise our stay was nice.

The worst Baymount we've ever stayed in, it's a branded hotel: the bedside lamp in the room has no light bulbs, no trash can, the toilet can't be flushed, the air conditioner is broken and there are no thick blankets, and finally find the staff to go to other rooms "Scavenged" 2 thick blankets and still woke up in the middle of the night from freezing;
And the most important point is that the room smells very bad. There is a strong smell of perfume when you first enter the door. When the smell of perfume dissipates at night, the original unpleasant smell comes out. The smell makes it difficult to sleep! ! ! !

The lights in the room were flickering. Water was running. (Understandable cold weather) no hot water. Heater was not working properly. Pictures of room online was not the same as the room

This is where we stay whenever we come to Lubbock. Yes it is a lower rate hotel. However, it was still very nice. I do wish there was more choices at breakfast. The hotel staff is excellent, the beds were comfortable, and the room was the perfect temperature.

I did not stay. I never checked in. The area was VERY scary. Very suspicious! If I could have cancelled my stay I would have but I was not able to do so. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

beware of the surrounding area if you do plan to stay here, I don’t know if they weren’t expecting me but the room I was given was really dirty and wasn’t allowed to change rooms

Room 152 was a health hazard. It was so bad that I had to check out about 10pm Sunday evening and go somewhere else. The front desk only reimbursed me $55 of the $65 I paid. I will be filing a complaint with both the health department and the Better Business Bureau in Lubbock if I am not fully reimbursed in 3 days.
