Overall it's pretty good. It's not far from the Royal Palace, Phushi Mountain and Xiangthong Temple, about 20 minutes' walk. The area is relatively large in Luang Prabang, with a large parking lot in front and a swimming pool in the back. There should be 4 buildings with guest rooms.
