房間的視野效果非常不錯，正好對着一個景區，從房間裏面看着美極了，晚上到的時候出電梯就問道茶香味，問過前台才知道是過道的茶香機，很喜歡這種味道，比香氛啥的好太多了，前台給升級了房間，床墊柔軟適中，很舒適，雖然是在市中心，但是晚上還是很安靜，一點都不吵鬧，對於我來説還是非常划算

入住體驗很好，就是賓館招牌太高了，都進到賓館停車場還在問皖西賓館在什麼地方。負責停車疏導的人員説這就是。停車場是賓館自己的，適合自駕停車。衞生還比較滿意，晚上吃飯回來賓館貼心的送了二杯雪梨銀耳湯，底下壓着手寫的歡迎信。非常温暖。工作人員熱情禮貌，總之非常滿意。

總體來説很不錯的，前台態度很好，送了我一些小禮品，記得幾年前到過這裏，這次來變化還是很大的，多了茶水，工作人員還幫忙倒了兩種不同口味，房間還是一如既往的乾淨衞生，早餐變化還是挺大的，感覺品種多了很多，這次來深刻體驗到了酒店的變化，感觸頗深，酒店一直在努力，也進步了很多

市中心的市中心，地理位置簡直了，停車也是非常方便！裏面的設備啥的保養的很好！跟新的沒有區別，我住的房間空間很大，乾淨衞生！主要是裏面的服務態度很好，前台很熱情，處理事情很積極，表揚👍

一進到這個房間就有一種很温馨的味道，跟家裡的味道一樣，讓我感覺很安心。可能這就是品牌的魅力吧！畢竟也開了這麼多年在這裏。酒店出去就是小吃街，晚上出來逛逛是極好的，交通方便，前台服務態度也很好的，主要是我感覺價格也很實惠，房間升級，送了銀耳，水果，茶葉，還有洗護用品，非常划算

賓館位置十分優越，寬敞明亮的大堂非常大氣，佈局比較合理，進門有尊楚大鼎，孔雀標本等，空氣中伴有淡淡的香薰味特別有意境，前台旁邊有檸檬茶，紅棗茶和現磨的咖啡免費品嚐，配有無人辦理入住機，小小的機器人在等電梯送物，現代感十足，房間整潔舒適，乾淨衞生，採光很不錯，床飾柔軟舒適讓睡眠更加充足，退房也給我延遲許多的時間，細緻周到專業化的服務，贏得我的好感！極力推薦！棒棒噠！

幫朋友定的房間，體驗感很不錯，酒店前台服務很好，入住前接到了電話問我要不要來接我，還是很有誠意的，到了房間裏面水果跟銀耳都放好了。第二天用的早餐，品種很多，吃得很開心，還是比較有特色的。·總體來説一家老牌酒店做到這樣，真的很不容易
