We arrived at the hotel and immediately went to check in. We had interrupted the worker's smoke break, because she was incredibly rude and impatient by having to help us. When we got into the hotel room, we noticed that the duvet was stained and there was a used bar of soap in the shower. Not only was the cleanliness subpar, the hair dryer looked as if it was going to catch fire at any moment. Right before we left tbe next morning, there were multiple bugs crawling around the bathroom. The shower water was also a nasty yellow color.

I reserved 2 rooms for my family's trip over Veteran's Day. The check in process was easy and the staff were extremely nice & helpful. Both rooms were clean with the exception of a pair of socks between the bed & wall that did not belong to us. The breakfast is the standard continental style with microwavable breakfast croissants, yogurt, OJ, coffee, & waffle mix w/ a waffle maker. The outdoor pool was closed given the temperatures it is understandable. MI Rodeo is a Mexican restaurant next door and serves good food. The McD's across the highway was not impressive. The is also a Walmart close if you need things. I would recommend staying here.

Easy parking. Clean. Water in the bathroom has a rusty tint. Not sure if it’s the hotel plumbing or the city water system. Small bathtub. Comfortable beds. Convenient location and I felt safe.

Rooms had been remodeled but didn’t seem really clean in bathroom area. Floor greasy. Faucet handle on sink held a puddle of water that was dirty. A/c worked good but room, bed, carpet felt very damp. It was easy check in and only thing open close to Starkville

The room was nicer than expected. The only problem was we got locked out of the bathroom, but the front desk got us fixed up quickly! We also had a roach in the room, but other than that needing taken care of, the stay was excellent!!! Will stay again!

I hope this property gets a necessary renovation. While convenient, if there were other choices, I would not stay here. The employees could use some training in friendliness. The rooms are outdated and the lighting is atrocious. Get it together. It is the same as it was when I visited 8 years ago.

The room was not clean. The toilet was not clean, the carpet was sticky from soap, there where painting etc occurring while we were there. The crew was not were careful. One guy almost hit my car with a huge ladder.
Overall not clear outside or inside. I would have changed locations but there were no other available rooms.
