I had visited this hotel a few years ago and I was very happy to visit it again, but the disappointment was great. When we arrived everything seemed good, the reception was now on the first floor and was larger, before it was small and on the fourth floor, but as soon as we raised all change, the level of deterioration of the hotel was obvious, skys with huge spots, doors and The truth looked like in the 4 years after my previous visit they hadn't made maintenance Breakfast was hardly correct and the wifi worked well. I made a reservation via Marriott Bonvoy with my partner number, but the allocation to a Marriott Bonvoy floor was not respected, nor the state was loaded to my account until now. Before my arrival by Marriott app, I was asked for the data for check in, and I was allowed to make some additional requests, but nothing of that was fulfilled, and I had to give all the data again and request again what I had asked for.
