It’s located 10 mins walk from the beach so it’s great location, the room is nice with enough space. It was clean and the service that we received was lovely. There wasn’t much of a view from out too. But nonetheless the location is perfect.

A pleasant stay experience with courtyard @ Marriott Long Beach. The room is cozy. Front desk, Stephanie was really helpful and friendly. The hotel is also equipped with self guest laundry which is payable but morning coffee provided at the lobby is free. The location of the hotel was also pretty good, surrounded with nice cafes and restaurants. Overall, great place to stay in!

Food was Very Tastie we had Chilikies in the morning and orange juice! The service was great enjoyed staying here people were very nice and we enjoyed are stay definitely stay here Agien!!!!!

The room was ok and the facilities were functional and normal. The balcony door has single-layer glass and is noisy. There is renovation going on downstairs and it's very noisy. The sound insulation is very poor, you can hear the voices next door clearly.

Very poor check-in experience. We booked a 7-day stay, two rooms, and never saw the hotel room cleaners. Even after we told the front desk to ask for cleaning, we just emptied the trash can and even threw the bath towels on the bed. The tip is worth it very fast. I don’t know if it’s discrimination or what. In short, I heard someone cleaning the room opposite every day. We didn’t do it once, and we won’t come again

I found the staff very accommodating, friendly and professional. They remembered who I was and asked sincerely how a situation at home caused me to shorten my stay. The rooms were very attractive, quiet and although I'm not a golfer, the Swing(?) room was unique and looked to be popular. Nice selection of equipment in the fitness center as well. Definitely would return.

This was a mixed hotel experience. The check in was easy staff were accommodating in offering tea noticing I was sick losing my voice and staff helped to make sure we had a room with working heater. Hotel is located downtown therefore hotel rooms are pretty small. The shower had hair in it. I couldn’t take a shower there without feeling grossed out and no faith in the cleanliness. I wouldn’t come back to this hotel price is high per night and charge high parking rates for a small room that is not very clean. ******* charged parking and then when I checked in hotel staff told me that I would need to pay parking directly with them and have to dispute the charge with *******. Needless to say ******* made it right by reimbursing the parking fee but it took over an hour to reach an agent that can make it right. I think there are better options for hotels in the area.

Noise due to renovations being done on another floor. Also water was off for a whole day with no real explanation as to why. No offer of service recovery by hotel management due to extreme inconvenience. Hotel was over $200 a day! Completely unacceptable.
