There is no escaping the fact that the bedroom is small, but the room is well appointed and has a good size shower . The staff are very helpful and the breakfast was definitely worth the money.
The location, so close to Paddington Station and Hyde Park is excellent.
All in all a great hotel for the money.

Located in Paddington and only a 5-minute walk from railway station and Hyde Park. It was lovely stay for accommodations and breakfast, free Wifi and mini bar. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, Front Office / Housekeeping/Restaurant etc. We would definitely come back and highly recommend.

①ホコリと髪の毛がベッドシーツに沢山付着しており、掃除レベルが大変低かったです。
②シャワーの色んな箇所に水垢が付着しており、とても５つ星ホテルとは思えませんでした。
③朝食レストランの座席数が、宿泊者数に適合しておらず、早く食べ終わるようにと毎日スタッフから急かされて、大変不快でした。宿泊者数に見合ったレストランの座席を用意すべきです。レストランの座席も、汚れがいたるところに付着しており、見るからに汚かったです。レストランは、フロアも狭くて、人が多すぎて食べ物を取るにも並びますし、狭いのでぶつかって危険でした。
④とにかく、レストラン、客室、レセプションなど、全てのフロアが、かなり狭いです。狭すぎてストレスを感じました。
⑤部屋の基本アメニティ も、いちいち言っても補充されたりされなかったりで、面倒でした。サービスもいまいち。
⑥玄関周りも汚かったです。玄関を出た入り口付近に、大きなゴミ箱が3、4個置いてあり、大変見苦しかったです。
間口の狭いホテルでした、期待しないように！
これまでヨーロッパも含めて世界各国の様々な５つ星ホテルを利用しましたが、このホテルが最低でした。大変残念なホテルでした。ホテルを管理できていない印象です。
ホテルの星の数を見直してもらいたいです。
今後宿泊される方の参考になれば幸いです。

原始要求是不要底層房間，安靜，乾淨的房間。
但是被分配到的是地下室的房間，即使前一天一直在趕路，也無法入睡，整夜失眠中。
房間非常小，20寸的登機箱也無法攤平打開；
由於在地下室，空氣無法流通，很悶很壓抑；
在門口處上端有一個綠色燈，非常詭異，且無法關閉；
房間跟照片完全不符，所謂的窗無法打開，外面也不知道是牆壁還是什麼……
隔音效果比較差，可以清晰聽到隔壁的聲音和噪音；
唯一覺得好的是離開的時候幫忙提行李下台階了……
性價比極度非常低；

Sadly, this doesn’t present as a 5* hotel. The staff were lovely but the doors to neighbouring rooms were slamming regularly and the room wasn’t particularly clean.
