The breakfast is okay, the location is great, just outside the station, free Wi-Fi. Even sending messages takes a long time, almost to the point of being unusable. Its high-speed WiFi is five pounds for 24 hours.

Really enjoyed our stay here , we where here to see an act at the Empire , so location was perfect , more vegan options would have been a bonus , but the hotel was clean , staff very helpful, had everything we needed

Just want to say thank you to David and Sam. They were most helpful when needed and always had a smile on their face. The hotel itself was clean and quiet, and easily accessible from Lime Street station. The breakfasts were perfect, leisurely, helping us set up for the day. Thank you once again, and would highly recommend.

A bit grubby but my stay was great. the staff were excellent, friendly and the issue with the TV in the room was resolved quickly. Great location opposite Lime St station. I didn't eat at the hotel so not sure about the breakfast situ. Had good quiet nights sleep.

Great Central location - 10 mins walk to Waterfront. Value for money hotel - food OK. Sam and Nadine and Molly were very friendly. Chefs helpful and happy to meet most menu requests (within reason). Liverpool is a really nice place - highly recommended!

Great location only a couple of minutes walk from Lime Street. Room was spotless bed was so comfortable. Room was nice and quiet. Easy easy access to Liverpool city centre . Staff were amazing so helpful and can’t do enough for you. Thank you to Sam & Nadine for the 5 star service. Great price would highly recommend this Premier Inn for a City Centre stay.

Great location next to Lime street station. Super handy for shopping, restaurants & pubs. About a 20 min walk to the Albert Dock. Premium room was as expected & had everything we needed. Staff were friendly & helpful. What’s not to love.

I would stay here again for the sheer fact it’s sooooo very close to the train station and the food was excellent. I didn’t like the tub in our room, it’s too high off the floor and not wide to stand safely in. The carpet is old, and the door frame was odd at the door knob, like they retrofitted new electric door knobs. Check in & customer service was okay… not as great as London Blackfriars.
