Away from the main city attractions but right next door to a metro station. It is walkable but an uphill walk coming back from a day out of about 30 minutes. Reception staff efficient but not what I would call welcoming. Booking request of higher floor not near Elevator was not fully adhered to, not near Elevator but 1st floor room (it maybe that my type of room is not available on another for). Strangely bathroom window was open on arrival which we thought was strange but after closing it before we went out on our return we discovered why as without the window open the bathroom had a horrible musty smell. No other major issues with room and it was comfortable. Breakfast, the pretty standard food selection. Coffee not to my taste and tables very close together and difficult to get in and out from without knocking into the person sat at the table next to you. Generally an OK stay

Perfect, close to everything, we made almost all walks, restaurants and places to take breakfast nearby, the most remote walks/destinations gave to use the metro, others because not being served by the metro we use the bond and/or bus , these are well filled, I recommend taking Uber, it is not expensive and it is worth it for convenience to reach the most remote destinations. The only inconvenient, always has one (smile) at least, was the acoustic isolation between the apartments that were in different floors; on my apartment there was a family with some children who were running in the apartment during the night (sleep a little later than my family), the noise/vibration of the footsteps in the upper floor was very disturbing, but soon it stopped when everyone was going to sleep, did not compromise the stay, but it can be a problem with certainty, it will depend on who is hosted in the upper floor. Well, that's, even with the problem of the acoustic hospitation I would host again in that establishment, we were very well taken on the reception, even let us up with the bags and then return to check-in, I found that very good and kind from the reception.

A great valued hotel in an excellent location in Lisbon. Located right outside Arroios metro station making it a 10 minute journey to the central areas and 1 change at Alameda to go the the airport. The room was spacious and comfortable with a brilliant shower. Room has lots of amenities including fee toiletries, a desk and a fridge and you can request as kettle when you check in. Reception staff were attentive and friendly as were the housekeeping staff who gave us a birthday card too. Breakfast had a plenty of options from pastries to cereal and hot food. You will always be full! It gets quite busy around 8am but there is enough seating to be able to relax and keep going back for more! The hotel also give guests a free coffee voucher which we used once we checked out. Would stay here again and would recommend to anybody visiting Lisbon.

It is a fairly well-established bed and breakfast system, located at the Sao Sebastiao metro entrance, opposite the Corte Ingles. The welcome was given in French and by a very friendly and pleasant host. The room was very large. The bathroom, although pretty and very clean, was difficult to close using the installed hook. We had a fairly well-stocked breakfast, there was plenty of everything. A very pleasant break in Lisbon.

Great location to popular tourist spots and right off of the Tram 28 stop. We enjoyed the breakfast options in the morning. Our hosts/receptionists had excellent customer service and made sure we were taken care of. The double bed with private bathroom was on the smaller side but we made it work. The snacks and kind note upon arrival was a nice touch as well.

My friends and I stayed in a 4 bedroom private room for 4 nights. We found the hostel to be perfect overall. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Fresh towels were provided each morning. Being able to step out onto a small balcony with a view of the city is a bonus (we stayed on the 4th floor). Although shared, the bathroom for our floor was always clean and with two toilets, two showers and a urinal, I would say that it is ample for the number of rooms sharing it. In fact, during our stay, we rarely met any other guests in there. The staff in reception are friendly and helpful and speak excellent English. We didn't try the 3 euro breakfast so I can't comment on that. The location of the hostel is fantastic- it is only 15 minutes walk from the centre of the city and there are metro and tram links just round the corner. The area around the hostel contains several decent bars that are much, much cheaper than the overpriced places in the centre. There are also several excellent restaurants nearby, including a great Portuguese grill place a few metres round the corner and a brilliant Chinese restaurant across the main road (Noveu Paris). There are also two well stocked supermarkets within 5 minutes walk. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at this hostel and I would strongly recommend it.
