優點：1.離王羲之故居非常近，從後門出去就是。
2.有自己的停車場
3.前台比較熱情，主動介紹怎麼去住宿的樓，7號樓沒有電梯，可以8號樓座電梯上去再走到7號樓
缺點：1.房間小到轉不過身，雙床房連個牀頭櫃都沒有，手機充電要放床上，水杯完全沒地方放。房間門有很大一個縫，完全不隔音，對面晚上聊天都聽的清清楚楚的
2.設備老舊，馬桶會晃，淋浴噴出來是霧狀的，頭髮都打不濕，水還是涼的，衹好放棄洗澡
3.早餐一般，但是可以吃飽
4.趕上清明節有會議，滿院子的車位全滿了，好在地下還有車位
衹住一晚上，湊合吧，跟價位匹配。

這酒店我不知道該怎麼形容了，應該是個老牌酒店，前台按金200，這年頭收按金的酒店不多了，告訴我這是給我升級後的房間，圖一窗户的玻璃稀碎，也不換一下，圖二我床腦袋上方的燈幕牆已經裂了，提心吊膽一晚燈會不會掉下來。圖三洗手間的水龍頭，要多噁心就有多噁心，看看牆縫邊上污垢，這是打掃過的房間？不敢想象。圖四門鎖，就這樣的門鎖有安全係數嘛？我一夜沒睡踏實。您肯定問為什麼不換個房間，入住前台服務生真心不想和她多説一句，這是故意治我麼？自己酒店房間什麼樣自己不知道麼？玻璃碎了不修，門鎖起不到安全作用不換，就連身份證認證都要客人手動按拍照，神了，這是我住過最奇葩的酒店沒有之一。

羲之賓館環境古香古色 有誤入園林之感 早餐是中餐 炒菜有6個 玉米紅薯山葯清蒸比較好吃 最應該推薦的是房間裏面的枕頭 都是乳膠枕 這幾天在外面就這個賓館睡的香 沒有噪音 窗簾有點透光可改進
