本是衝著七天連鎖酒店的名氣去的，以為衞生這些會很好，以前也住過連鎖酒店的，這次住這個衞生真的不行，床墊，被套，床單都是毛髮，房間一點不隔音，廁所的排風扇半夜隔一段時間就會響一次，嚴重影響睡眠。

客服衞生一般，邊角處不乾淨。空調、wifi、電視有待改善，衞生間容易摔跤，能否排除之，洗手盆未放置洗手液？
酒店出門便利 ，距離古城街近。
酒店三樓設有晾衣房和多個衣架，方便客人除塵換新。
建議加強前台服務生的管理，綜合服務水平有待提高。不妨借鑒其它七天連鎖酒店的亮點，查缺補漏，利他雙贏最佳。

到過那麼多地方，到處住店，住了至少上百家店了，算上這次，一共不小心裝走了三次房卡，前兩次在其他地方服務員的交涉態度都很好，説明清楚原因以後，賠償一點費用或者銷燬原卡就解決了，唯獨這家態度糟糕，一副説教的語氣，“拿走了卡是不是應該要還嘛”，這是服務員原話。的確，拿走了卡是應該還，這是我的問題，我給酒店道歉。但我花三百多住一晚不是為了聽你來教我人生道理的。就憑這咄咄逼人的態度，這張卡我不會寄回去，但我也不會為難酒店花大價錢換鎖，我會直接銷燬折斷這張卡。
建議招聘一些語氣柔和，情商高的服務員，不要弄得所有人都不愉快，顧客受了一肚子氣，服務員捱了批評，酒店因為一個差評導致推送優先級驟降。

衞生：己不能簡單的用差來評價，當然店家也可用"可能打掃衞生的保潔阿姨忘打掃”等其他説詞，總之個人感覺該店對不起"7天''這一品牌（此少對不起信任7天的顧客）
