We have a most wonderful time at Tinghuatang. Our contact 小良 is very proactive in contacting me one day before check-in date and helped to arrange for transport from train station to inn which is right inside the ancient town. 小良 also helped to charter private car with driver when my day tour tour-guide didn’t turn up.
Our room is very well appointed with clean sheets and comfortable pillows. I love their local freshly prepared warm breakfast. On the day when we need to go out very early, 小良 even got bread and milk for us to eat along the way. There are many more such thoughtful and helpful acts which I won’t list here :)
Strongly recommend this inn for travellers who love great location and even better service!

Excellent location right inside the old town. Beautiful view of JadeDragon Snow Mountain on the roof top terrace. Clean, comfortable room with modern amenities.

Super satisfied.
The courtyard is full of flowers and plants, the wooden cottage is decorated in Lijiang style, the bathroom is all Kohler, and the details are in place. The beautiful customer service is even more amazing, enthusiastic and generous~

The B&B has a very good environment. The room is similar to the photo. There is a small balcony where you can drink tea. The staff will contact you in advance to help solve various problems. They will pick you up when you carry your suitcase to the gate of the ancient city and give you a small gift. There is also an observation deck on the roof. It is a very good stay experience
