一個醉酒男人竟然開了我們房間門，開始跟前台溝通，她一直説不可能有這樣的情況，而且我們房間的那裡的監控都壞了，直到叫警察協助調查。最後才道歉，而且前一天晚上知情的值班人員態度很差，虧我還住了三天。

在火車站附近，離市中心遊覽區稍遠，附近購物吃飯便利，房間很正規，很乾凈，設施齊全，也比較安靜，能看到遠處的羣山，環境不錯。小問題是浴室地漏下水很不暢，洗了一會兒水就要沒過腳了。一點兒小建議，把塑料燒水壺換成不銹鋼的吧，健康點兒。總體滿意。

評價：服務態度極差，也極度不耐煩。過程：提前一天改變行程安排不想住，也提前跟老闆商量退房，老闆假裝同意，但是提交退房申請，又拒絕；再次溝通還是一樣同意，提交了，又拒絕，然後理由是自己同意了，平台退的。經過我們確定，每次都是店家口頭同意，然後再自己退。平台介入也證實了這一點。其實店家不同意退也就算了，沒有必要這麼折騰顧客。

房間比較新，寬敞，環境也比較安靜，停車在旁邊的小區，車位充足，比較滿意的一次出行住宿。離麗江古城5-8公里，打車過去十幾塊錢，很方便，值得推薦給其他朋友入住。
