A very pleasant hotel with a lovely courtyard. There is a pond throughout with vibrant fish and turtles, as well as a massive dog which s very friendly and cuddly! Room was very nice and comfortable but would have benefited from a slightly more thorough sweep. Still clean enough though for what you pay. Some guests were a little shouty in the morning but this is not the hotel's fault, but the courtyard did amplify it a little. I would go back to this hotel.

位置很方便,去古城都特別方便!房間整潔無瑕,傳統民宿文化和現代賓館設計搭配令人耳目一新。房間設施齊全,枕頭床墊都很舒服,疲憊一掃而空。老闆服務很熱情,絕對超出預期,房間看得出老闆很有品位,非常安靜,後面自己的停車場很大,來麗江古城不錯的選擇。

特意退了市區的酒店來體驗客棧，結果很失望，不推薦了。
一、住了兩天，先説設施，硬件有可圈可點的地方，衞生很乾凈，阿姨不錯，但是第一晚空調開不了，店家給的解釋是檢修了，也沒提前通知到客人。雖然第一晚凍得夠嗆，第二晚終於開了也就算了。房間隔音不好，如果服務好還可以彌補，可是服務更加讓人不滿意。
二、下午2點半到店入住，窗外樓下院子不知道哪兒傳來很響很響噪音，問了老闆説是隔壁的水泵，想着晚上估計就不吵了，晚上回來，聲音更大更明顯了，根本停不下來，嗡嗡的就像個發動機在旁邊一樣受不了，夜裡11:30打電話給店家協商換個安靜的房，老闆一開始不同意，理由居然是如果換房阿姨要再打掃一次，噪音不是我們店裡控制不了的的沒辦法，要求我明天再換，最後好説歹説終於同意了，還不錯。
三、第二天以為不會有噪音問題了，但到了夜裡凌晨一點，樓下傳來不知道是客人還是店家朋友的哈哈大笑，歡聲笑語，還有人逗狗，聊天，進進出出，實在受不了發了訊息給老闆終於安靜了。
四、離店當天，明明攜程是用了延遲劵寫的退房時間下午兩點，11:40出門時，店員阿姨追出門外問我是不是要退房，我們家中午12點退房，否則要加房費。太嚇人了，攜程訂單寫的那麼清楚沒看到嗎？
五、下午1點40，人在房間裏收拾東西和換衣服，又有阿姨不敲門直接刷房卡準備進來，也是讓人很無語。六、至於預訂時候的房型升級根本沒享受到，就算了，房間隔音不好沒空調也算了，最後這個服務也是讓人失望。不知道是什麼原因，最後想説的是，辦入住時的小哥哥人挺不錯的，幫忙提行李，有需要及時響應，換房雖有點不情願還是給換了，
希望以後服務方面好好改進吧。

🍃環境：在古城內剛好車輛禁入的街上，走百米左右就是最繁華的酒吧街了。裝修新，禪茶意境新中式風格，難得中央空調暖氣足，室內温暖。要知道冬天束河晚上衹有0度左右，普通客棧空調根本抵不住寒冷的。最值得一提的是客棧床品是五星酒店標準，羽絨枕，床被單絲滑親膚，特別舒服。
🚗 交通：自駕直達客棧門口，免費停車。如打車前來也很方便，直達客棧門口。
🧹衞生：乾淨、整潔、清爽
🔔服務：入住後被管家小哥哥小姐姐熱情細心照顧着，幫拿行李，隨時關心我們有沒有需要幫忙的。原本衹住一晚，第二晚去麗江大研古鎮住的，實在覺得太舒適了，又續住一晚，第三天才依依不捨離開。連客棧鎮店之寶—温順聽話的摩薩耶“小白”都跟着出來送我們…..
