We said to upgrade the bungalows, the front desk asked to make up for the difference of 300, which cost more than one thousand one night? ? Then, because we booked a double room with Ctrip, the bungalow did not cooperate with Ctrip, so even if we agreed to make up the difference, we would not be upgraded. Later, the villa room was changed through Ctrip's customer service, and the check-in was an hour, and the service attitude was really bad! ! No complaints are ignored at all. Hygiene: There was blood in the quilt, and the pillowcase smelled oily. Later, the housekeeper gave two cleaner pillowcases. The towel is wet and not dry, just the orange one in the picture. The bathrobe is old to flashy, and there is no hair dryer. It is very slow to deliver things and I am tired! Hot spring: Because there is no tour, the indoor hot spring is not open! ! Only a few outdoor pools and swimming pools were released. Only the men and women who want to bathe in the room have their own baths. The service attitude is also ignorant and will not go again

The parking is very convenient, the environment is beautiful, the decoration of the hotel is a bit old, but it is very clean, the service attitude is also very good, the room is very spacious, and the surrounding scenery is beautiful!

The beds in the standard room can be put together. We didn't know at the beginning, because with the children, we also changed the double-bed room with extra money. It turned out that it was completely unnecessary and the money was wasted. The hot spring water is not hot on May 1st, and there are relatively few open pools, especially outdoors, there are only a few pools

非常理想的一次温泉旅行，酒店位置不錯，門口就是湯河，後面是大山，景色宜人。 從酒店裝修可以看得出來當初建這個酒店的時候應該是重金打造，好多實木的裝修材料。雖然整體設施沒有現今的一些度假酒店好，但實用性絲毫不受影響。 床品應該是我這幾年住過的温泉酒店最好的一個了，當年購買這套應該也是價值不菲吧。 酒店贈送兩天的無限次温泉票，這個季節遊客少，室外温泉開的不多，但是也足夠用了，一人一個泡池，我一泡就是2小時起步，因為是室外温泉所以不擔心空氣不好，而且他這個酒店温泉是環抱式的，温泉池在樓體的包圍中，所以風也不會很大。到了夜晚，燈亮起來，又是另外一番意境。 因為我是錯峯來的，所以遊客不多，但是不影響酒店早餐的質量，4個熱菜，好幾個涼菜，整體質量是非常好的。唯一一點就是在菜檔那裡，也許有煮麪條的業務，但是並沒有工作人員守在那，我過去看了幾眼，工作人員也沒有問我，這個主動性我覺得還是應該加強一些。 另外酒店的管家還是非常敬業認真的，有送了水果，還幫我解答了很多問題，非常感謝。 如果要我説點缺點的話，就是酒店入住前台工作人員的態度談不上熱情，甚至有一些冷冰冰，如果是旺季我可以理解，現在淡季，每天接待的客人並不多，熱情微笑溝通這幾點應該展現出來。 相反，温泉那邊前台的工作人員就非常熱情，這一點上我覺得客房部的工作人員真心應該在努力學習一下。 整體來説非常理想，我在泡温泉的同時也推薦給了我好多的朋友，我爭取下個月帶家人一起再來。

湯河温泉附近比較大的酒店了，訂酒店帶温泉會館門票，可以無限次。温泉會館帶游泳館，帶室內外温泉泡池。酒店房間內電視比較小，其他都不錯。管家春春貼心的發了時間表，對酒店用餐和温泉會館時間都有了瞭解，另外還送了一個小果盤，感謝她的用心。早餐自助，中式西式都有。
