The room type in the hotel is not bad, and their executive lounge is not bad. You can have a drink there in the evening and view the Potala Palace from a distance. The staff is very attentive to details. But there is a small detail. If you want to stay here during this period, you must pay attention to the fact that the rooms here face west and east. It's very hot when facing west and the sun is shining, which is a bit unbearable for guests from the south. Basically, you don’t need to turn on the air conditioner at night and you still feel hot. So it is recommended to look to the east. Be better.

'Heaven on Earth' was the description but reality is a bit more normal. We got a room w oxygen but upon.quick inspection there were a lot of issues from stained carpet, water damage on ceiling, worn out and damaged furniture etc. We made a notice were changed to a new room (without oxygen) which was a bit better. Staff was nice and fast to respond. Bar was too basic but view was nice. Breakfast Buffet was enormous but not surprising/5 diamond worthy.

The hotel facilities are complete and hygienic and clean. The service is also very good, Xiao An at the front desk and Xiaolu are also very welcoming. There are free welcome fruits and free drinks in the view restaurant. The view restaurant can watch the night view of the Potala Palace and Jokhang Temple, which is great. The hotel breakfast is also very rich. 👍🏻

I stayed at InterContinental again after three and a half years, and I feel that both the service and the quality of catering have improved a lot. The day before check-in, the housekeeper proactively contacted me and reminded me of various precautions, room facilities, etc. The front desk staff are also very friendly, enthusiastic and efficient; the breakfast is great. I didn't expect to eat good benedict and tsampa in Lhasa. The ingredients are also very fresh! Very satisfied.

The first five hours after arriving in Lhasa, there was no high fever. Thinking about it, the high fever was just like that. When the high fever came after five hours, it was very uncomfortable. Fortunately, the hotel had oxygen that saved my life, otherwise I would have had a headache at night and couldn't sleep at all. The hotel has convenient transportation, the Bu Palace and Jokhang Temple are nearby, and the lively streets are downstairs. There is floor heating and oxygen supply, no smell, and fruits are delivered every day. Once again, the service is very good. Xiao Zhuo, Dan Cheng, Qu Zhen, and Xiao An, whatever is missing will be made up for. One morning when I couldn't find scissors, the housekeeper got up in the middle of the night to help me find scissors. Thank you so much! Zezhuo, who serves the room, has to give a thumbs up. The sanitary service is top-notch and he folded our clothes for us. Such good service is worth a stay. It is recommended that the room's oxygen filling be communicated with the company and the frequency of oxygen replenishment be higher.

Staying in this hotel made me feel like home, with comfortable beds, attentive supplies and meticulous service. It is an ideal place to stay for business trips and travels.
