Hotel room is clean and well designed. The manager (ms yang) and our driver are very friendly and helpful. They offered a lot of useful tips in finding nice local food and transporting around. Our stay in the hotel is pleasant.

酒店位置上佳，緊臨綠心森林公園，還有專門的健身步道，環境不是一般的好。
酒店泊車很方便，服務態度水準都很不錯，客房臨山，環境清幽，隔音不錯，房間衞生打掃很乾凈，所有洗浴物品均用袋包裝。內部設施完備，硬件維護較好，除了中央空調外，還配置了新風系統、空氣凈化器以及國內罕見的直飲水。
早餐以中式為主，增加了地方特色，讓我居然在大清早吃上了缽缽雞，原味豆腐腦的味道也很不錯。

1,酒店位置：處於老城區，對於過來品嚐美食的人來説是絕佳的位置。公交出行🚌很方便。開車來的停車也很方便。酒店毗鄰綠心公園，周圍安靜，空氣清新。
2.酒店設施：一直認為城市內的民宿雖然適合各種凹造型，但是周圍環境不好，酒店設施，安全、消防達標等方面沒法和專業酒店相比。選擇專業酒店比較安全。驚奇的是酒店房間內還有直飲水裝備，這一點比很多國內酒店強。
3.酒店服務：早上吃早飯的時間服務員就及時更換了房間內毛巾和收了垃圾。前台還有用心手繪的樂山美食和景點名字。
4.早餐品種豐富，乾淨衞生。
比起那些網上吹得厲害的網紅民宿，還是喜歡專業的酒店。

疫情特殊時期，篩選了一下。門口安保就温馨提示戴好口罩，檢查健康碼啥的一系列程序，停車位很多也很方便都是免費的。房間乾淨，還有防疫物資方便使用，很貼心，被褥和枕頭也很適中不軟不硬。園林式的酒店，雖在老城區但很安靜，服務挺好的，吃了晚飯習慣溜達一下，前台暖心地提示介紹了酒店有個新打造好的後花園“棠棲湖”，正好疫情不能到人流多的地方，在湖邊走了幾圈，很愜意！

樂山真的太堵了，正值五一，遊人很多，還好有小電動可以出行。好吃的太多。酒店在山邊，安靜一些，到哪也都方便。房間一般，貴在環境不錯。酒店挺大的，很多個區域沒有時間細細的逛，還是推薦的，不吵鬧，去哪兒都方便

這次和閨蜜出行，又來住這裏。我們家庭出行到樂山是一定住這裏的。環境清幽，晚上睡眠質量非常高。工作人員很負責，幫我們開空調。因為剛剛到酒店很熱，喝了三瓶水。打電話給前台又給我們送了四瓶來。酒店得地利位置好，離小吃街很近，開車打車都方便。服務也周到。每次來樂山必住這裏。

原本以為是老的星級酒店預訂時還很猶豫，入住後發現環境衞生什麼都很好，早餐也比外面的小店好吃，總體感覺不錯。唯一感覺就是服務員不夠熱情，我們很晚入住找不到哪一棟樓，沒有人帶路。

裝修風格有點老氣。像80年代的。隔音不好。廁所馬桶挨着前面太近了。回身拿手紙很變扭。服務態度很好。有迎賓水果。酒店外面環境還不錯。
