加強一下2024年4月4日中班兩位前台接待的服務水平吧！入住當天的前台水平就非常不錯👍4號晚上的前台服務一言難盡，和之前住接觸的前台差遠了，萬年不差評的我也要控制不住下手了！男孩子用耒陽話報價大床240，女服務員用普通話和我報價318最低。那就平台下單吧……3號住收按金200，4號按金300，原因是清明節漲價！但是我住了好幾次了攜程的價格都是一樣的，貴酒店漲價是漲按金的，這個操作非常的新穎。雖然按金會退，但是這種説辭讓人非常不舒服。女服務員全程黑着臉，我覺得如果沒有年輕人的活力，但是服務行業的真誠友善應該比較好做到！

房間衣櫃漏水，一件高級棉衣被淋濕，開始工作人員説拿到乾洗店處理，實際上是工作人員進行烘烤，把衣服烤變形了，我提出賠償，但酒店方一再拖延，甚至派人冒充總經理到房間態度強硬談處理，到下午一點後報警並向政府投訴處理。可惜了我一件那麼好的衣服。

經常在這邊住，房間舒適乾淨，服務人員也比較熱情，酒店後門有一個大停車場，周邊也有挺多飯館啥的， 總之還比較方便

最早給安排的是舊的客房，孩子洗澡往下掉東西，差點砸到孩子。谷經理還是很專業很及時的處理了，更換了房間。總體來説還不錯，早餐有待提升！
