Good hotel, spacious rooms, but very noisy. Furthermore, all hotel information (breakfast and check-out time, etc.) can be found on the TV. Fine, but then someone has to tell you at check-in.

Very spacious and nice modern room with a good bed. Bathroom also very spacious. Just a pity that there was still some sand in the bath. The downside is that it is about a 20-minute walk to Leeuwarden Center. There was also no fridge in the room.

Great room and services. No question to much and always available. Housekeeping is perfect en very social. The room was light, clean and great spacious. A little problem with power connect for the Coffee and tea boiler machines. great restaurant and pleasant and kind persons delivering the service

Easy to find. Plenty of car parking but due to building works at and around hotel couldn’t drop bags at door so had to bring from car park which was a bit of a walk in the wet. Receptionist very good. Room big and some nice touches such as separate toilet and plenty if wardrobe space. Not sure the point of having a window in the bathroom so you can see the bedroom but it seems a thing these days. Personally, don’t get it. WiFi was ok but dropped out a couple of times. Might just have been our room. Breakfast buffet quite good but some of pastries overcooked but who can complain when a breakfast buffet includes mini chocolate mousse’s and they were good. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the old town which is fine for us as gave a chance to stretch legs after a long drive. Pleasant enough road to walk down. If return to Leeuwarden would probably stay here again.
