Staying for the first time in the newly opened hotel last year, the room was very nice. The decoration is simple, elegant, warm and very comfortable. The hotel’s breakfast is also good, and the staff are enthusiastic and very service-minded. I originally checked out at 13:00, and contacted Zhang Guanqiao, a handsome guy at the front desk, and wanted to apply for a late check-out until 14:00. I was very happy to deal with it! I came to Lanzhou from Shenzhen and drank all the 4 bottles of water in the room at night. I contacted Mr. Zhang Guanqiao at noon and told me that the hotel’s Nongfu Spring is chargeable and gave me three bottles of C'estbon. Thank you very much. I would like to ask the hotel about this, shouldn’t this bottled water be delivered every day? Or is there a charge for drinking in the room? I didn't seem to have encountered this situation in other hotels. Overall it is a good hotel.

I went out to work in Lanzhou temporarily and chose this newly opened hotel. I am very satisfied overall~ The hotel only opened last year, the facilities are very new, but there is no taste of decoration. Later, Lanzhou will choose to stay here

What's the use of the hotel's good hardware, the service is rubbish, the air conditioner is useless after check-in, and there are abnormal noises, I communicated many times, and only sent someone to repair it at 5 in the morning. I reported to the front desk the next day, but I ignored them. Ctrip complained and returned Say there is no such thing, post it as proof, absolutely bad review!
