The location is very good
Paying for the indoor pool....very expensive
Overbearing attitude from spa staff.
No cell phones allowed in the spa
I didn't like the open bathroom in the room.
The shower is too narrow and the shower palm too small.

We had a wonderful stay at Secrets. The staff are all very friendly, and helpful. Our room had a fabulous sea view and was extremely comfortable and clean. A short 10 minute walk to the harbour with a good selection of bars and restaurants. Great coastal walks in both directions from the hotel. A fabulous place to relax and unwind. The only downside was we had to go home! We enjoyed it so much we are returning in June and bringing our parents.

Heather was amazing. And in 7 days, I will be able to burn my lavender soy candle and remember! Thank you so much. This was an amazing experience. We are super glad we took the time to experience. If you want to make a candle you must use Heather. She will Take great care of you.

One of the best starts I’ve ever had. Before we arrived both Chloe & Laura could not have done enough for us from guest relations. The best service I’ve had! Joseba & Manu from concierge and reception gave us the most special and welcoming service! Welcome drink and cool towel and bringing and collecting our luggage. Thank you so much! Just blown away by our experience. Jorge who served us everyday at breakfast could not of been more friendly, approachable, remembered our orders everyday and got us whatever we wanted. Such a fab touch!! Thank you to everyone you made it magical and trip we will remember forever. Really appreciate it!

Highly recommend this secrets resort! My friend and I came for a couple of days and we absolutely adored it. Customer service was amazing, such a warm welcome with champagne and bag service. Our room was comfortable, HUGE, quiet, well maintained and had a lovely view. We ate and drank in a few of the on site bars/restaurants and genuinely couldn’t fault anything. All the staff were so polite, accommodating and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and they made us feel so valued and appreciated. The pool was stunning and we were lucky to have stunning weather to enjoy our stay. So relaxing and quiet. Staff recommended a short walk to the marina (coastal walk) which we did, only took us about 10 mins to walk there and we ended up adding this in to every day while we were here. Evening entertainment in the bar/main lobby every evening. Will definitely be returning again and staying longer.

Every single member of staff was welcoming, friendly and obliging with a genuine warmth not often encountered. No request too much trouble and when my partner required assistance for a medical condition, they went far beyond expectations to quickly help out by being understanding and reactive. Hotel is architecturally beautiful and remains almost immaculate after many years of visiting. I was unsure about the new Welcome Home motto but if I was ever welcomed like that on my arrival home I would be delighted!!!

Nice hotel We booked preferred club, The breakfast in preferred club is very good . Dinner (evening meal ) is very basic and poor If you want to eat better food you have to pay extra and go to one of the specialty restaurants. The preferred club lobby is very poor . Daytime snacks are very limited and not very appealing . Last year we went to Secrets resort in Majorca and found the food far superior,and the preferred club lobby also 100 per cent better than here . When you pay a premium for the preferred club you expect to find better service . I also think the food in the World Cafe (evening meal ) needs a massive improvement on quality of the food they offer at the minute .
