Close to everything in a Grab (Like Uber) make sure you download app, taxis dearer. Staff Amirul, Adelaide Azlin and many others were most helpful and very polite. A wonderful resort, we'll be back!!! Lovely pool area and bar, relaxing and some nights piano, jazz music.

Beautiful swimming pool and a lot of cosy facilities. Like the pizza and coconut juice. Wonderful day tours arranged by hotel tour desk. We chartered our own boat. Good foe couples and family.

Nice hotel. Literally a 5 minute or less walk from the airport. I requested the airport shuttle and was surprised as we left the airport grounds and turned right into the hotel. Great friendly staff. Security both day and evening were remarkable. My housekeeping guy was very attentive. He met all of my need. Room was clean and cleaned daily. He left me 2 bottles of water daily including additional tea bags. I ordered room service and it arrived in a timely manner. You pay the delivery person at time of delivery. The pool was a good temperature. I took advantage of the shuttle to the beach and they also pick you up so that was very convenient. Breakfast was good. There were alot of options and it switched up hust a little each day. All in All a great stay.

Pool and sun loungers for whole day. Finest comfort and holiday hot spot. Total relaxation, nice breakfast and a kinds of food menu you can try. The cocktail is half Koh Lipe price, drink all you like before leaving Langkawi. Pizza is good so as pasta and fish and chips. Highly recommended.

Impeccably clean rooms, just a 4-minute walk from the airport. The free shuttle service and airport pick-up were very convenient. Friendly front office staff, very helpful. Pool was so nice, the water crystal clear. The variety and quality of food for breakfast 10/10.

We transit our trip to hidden island Koh Lipe from Langkawi, and we choose Wings by Croske resort Langkawi. To our surprise the hotel pool and pool bar already have Koh Lipe feel. Not to mention the cocktail and beer are cheaper than Koh Lipe thanks to duty free. The hotel is like build for holiday transits you gets to enjoy upon arrival also immediately and before flying back, enjoy the drinks as much as you like until the last minute. Amazing vibe if you plan well your own trip.

Family holiday, 2 queen rooms, 3 nights, and value for money. The hotel offer special rate and we gets to enjoy nice pool, great buffet breakfast and a lot of choices. Hotel tour desk introduce 2 boat and island trips, we booked a boat for our own family at very affordable rate. Will come again.

This is the second time I checked in to Wings by Croske Resort Langkawi. There have been a massive positive change from the first time I checked in prior to Covid. This time I was early to reach Langkawi around 11 AM, I took a gamble and called the hotel for an early check in, fortunately the front desk staff allowed for an early check in at 1130am. I reached the front desk at 12PM and they had upgraded my room to a higher floor with a better lift access FOC. Even for the early check in, they did not charge me and informed it is complementary. I had a good rest and they even called to check weather the room was to my satisfactory. Kudos to the front desk team. My bathroom had a slight pressure issue but it was rectified within 1 hour. Overall, I am very satisfied with their service during my stay. I will definitely will stay again.
