I found this hotel by relying on the high-speed rail station because I was on a business trip. It only opened recently and was very clean; the service from the little brother at the front desk was very attentive and remarkable. There is a parking lot, both above and below ground, and it is very convenient to travel. It is only 300 meters away from Kunshan South Railway Station and the traffic is convenient. Of course, there are some unsatisfactory places.
Environment: Because it is newly opened, the rich decoration taste has not disappeared, and it is not very friendly to children. It is not recommended for parents and children to stay. Because it is close to the high-speed rail station and the hotel is on the side of the road, the noise of traffic is inevitable, and it is really noisy to sleep at night.
Facilities: The hotel's infrastructure is okay. There is an electric water boiler, not a simple kettle, which perfectly avoids the fear of cooking underwear on the Internet. However, there is no boiling water, only drinking water at room temperature. The hair dryer is touch-screen sensitive, which is quite distinctive. What I have to complain about is that the TV cannot be turned on, and I asked the little brother at the front desk for help, but it did not turn on, indicating that the training of the first person needs to be on the agenda, and the second customer guidebook should also be equipped.
Breakfast: The variety is still too few, the cooking is a bit weak, there is a coffee machine but no milk, a little regret.
Generally speaking, this hotel is more suitable for business travellers.
