The hotel service and amenities was well met with what is expected of a 5 star hotels. The extra provided with the Lamborghini Suite room is all fulfilled. Complimentary welcome drinks, lounge access and free mini bar. The only issue is that due to the hotel bedroom is facing the mall, noises (songs and traffics) is very noticable at nights. Early night sleep is not possible unless you are wearing earplug. There are many areas around the hotel to visit or fulfill you meal requirement. The location is also quite convenient. The recently finish MRT line is within 5-10 minutes walking distance. You can take this line and 30 minutes ride to connect to the Shanghai MRT Line 11.

Motivated to write a review as there was not too much information when I was booking. Location It is outside the scenic area (read paid entry). However it is just 100m from one of the entrances making it easy to enter. Use baidu maps to locate it as it is not correctly pinpointed elsewhere. They do offer a pickup service I think if you call to inform them. Not sure from where though. Rooms 3 storey building with different themed rooms. Beautiful design throughout and modern - such juxtaposition against the surroundings. The main difference with the Mulan lodgings in the scenic area is that there is underfloor heating which makes it a lot more comfortable in winter. The family room I booked had a very nice Kohler bathtub which we took advantage of Food There is no breakfast options by the hotel but there are many food options around and just outside the hotel. Mulan runs a beautifully designed restaurant inside the scenic area which again stands out from the other more traditionally designed restaurants. Prices are a little more but the ambience and service are excellent. Service The reception staff was oddly not fond of making eye contact or any sort of small talk. He does answer directed questions but is nothing close to friendly or warm. He also did not offer any information on checking us in and we had to ask for information re wifi access and entry to scenic area etc the cleaning ladies are very pleasant though. Conclusions Overall, it is a beautiful place to stay in with good location and rooms. There are not much by the way of amenities or service but I would stay here again should I come by Zhouzhuang.

I took my kids to Zhouzhuang and found this B&B. I really liked the pictures. The proprietress was also very enthusiastic. She added WX to send her location and sent someone to pick her up in the parking lot. Seeing that we were raising children, I was upgraded to a family room with floor heating for free. It was raining in winter and it was a bit cold to just turn on the air conditioner in such an ancient town. Air conditioning + floor heating would be more comfortable. The entire inn is decorated in a quaint and unique style from the courtyard to the room. There is welcome music as soon as you enter the room. The room is a double-level room with two beds. The small bed faces the swimming pool and courtyard outside the window. Overall, I'm quite satisfied. The common feature of B&Bs in ancient towns is that the rooms tend to be damp and have a bit of a smell.

We chose the Crowne Plaza for its Western restaurant. Upon inquiry we asked about the restaurants and was sent to the 5th floor restaurant that only serves local cuisine. Again we asked the 5th floor restaurant where we can enjoy Western food. We were sent back down to the first floor where we found the western restaurant had closed down. It was upsetting to be sent from place to place and not properly informed about dining options. We had to enjoy a mediocre dinner in the nearby shopping center. The occasion was planned for the guest's bridal celebration dinner since she's leaving China and will get married abroad. I'm sorely disappointed in the uninformed restaurant manager and would hardly recommend staying at the Kunshan Crowne as the other Crowne Plaza's I've stayed at was a much better experience.

Enjoyed the shops and plenty to do over a couple days if you like to take your time strolling leisurely. Also traveled to Suzhou canals near Qilishantang and Pingjiang which are great as well.

優點 1進門就有梔子花香香氛，能有一個好印象，而且正好進門就是廚衞容易出味道的地方 2衞生標準高，符合評星標準，讓人住的比較放心 3床品比較舒服，軟硬適中。 4落地窗，採光比較好，視野也不錯，尤其我住的是全景房，弧形落地窗就更加分了，因為這次在崑山住的比較久，我是那種採光和天氣容易影響心情的人，所以酒店房間的採光和娛樂睡眠於一體的寬敞户型給了我好心情。 5設施比較齊全，冰箱，洗衣機，電磁爐都有，wifi網速快，中央空調也比較給力，適合住多日，如果有微波爐就更好了，當然這個不是剛需，而且也佔地方。熱水壺和別的酒店一樣是簡單燒開那種，如果能控制温度更好，由於我這次住的時間不短，我就在網上買了控制温度的燒水壺，價格也不貴，百元以內。 6房間隔音不錯，由於酒店牆體和樓體户型設定，以至酒店避免了很多酒店不隔音的通病，有利於休息。 7服務周到，有問題必然解答或者解決。很晚了有什麼問題，酒店的微信（相當於管家）也有人回覆。 8酒店比較新，裝修也不錯，燈光設計很有層次，有好幾種燈光控制。 9交通方便，雖然樓下不是小吃街那種，也是有餐廳，有大超市的。 不足之處∶ 洗手水龍頭要開好一會兒才會熱，不過這個不居家也不影響。空調聲音（我住的時候是開熱風）如果是在睡覺時開，還是略大，這個問題嘛如果避免不了可以睡前開空調，睡覺就關，被窩暖和影響不大。或者在不那麼在乎噪音的狀態下開。電箱處可以掛一副畫，雖然咱們是儒雅一點的輕奢風。
