Kunming Xishe Qinghuan High-altitude Terrace Designer Hotel (Kunming Vientiane City)

Railway Station Area Kunming|0.98km from Yunnan Wireless Management Office
The location and environment of the hotel are very good. There are not many service contacts. The gentleman who checked in was quite nice. Others were not very proactive and took photos very well, especially the terrace swimming pool. The bed was very comfortable and there were two models on the bed. Different pillows. I arrived at the store after one o'clock in the afternoon and check-in was smooth. I thought that a hotel like this would have welcome gifts or good night tea, but there was nothing. The hygiene needs to be improved. Because I didn't stay for a long time and I brought disposable towels, I didn't give any feedback to the hotel during my stay. I happened to ask about my stay experience after leaving the hotel, so I'll write a review. There were a lot of fingerprints on the mirror and the switch. I wiped it with a wet wipe. The trash can was replaced, but there were a lot of stains on the edge of the trash can. The worst part was that there were long hairs in the bathrobe and towel. The sound insulation was not very good. OK I heard the sounds of people going up and down the stairs next door and the sounds of people talking in the corridor. Breakfast is a fixed set meal. You can pick it up at the window. The aunt will not take the initiative to ask you if you want rice noodles, rolled noodles or something else. She only asks a few people how many portions they want. I don’t know if they only provide rice noodles. I personally think the fruit given is too little. , the apple only had two small pieces, it must have been cut into eight pieces and then cut in half. The dining window is a bit messy. It seems that other guests took it back after using it and didn't have time to wash it. There are drinks but no cups. After getting my meal, I went to sit on the balcony. In fact, the dining space is limited, and the seat cushions should be placed for the convenience of guests, but they were put away. After breakfast, I went back to the room to rest and then checked out!

Value for money. 2nd night stay in this hotel travel from Lijiang to Kunming. We check in late night and surrounding still have many restaurants and fruits stall still open. Very good Chinese breakfast and tea time is good for us before we travel to airport. We have requested to have room not face to main room. Even though is for 2 single beds but we have good sleep during the whole night without any noise from outside. Beds is comfortable and the room is clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. Will come back this hotel when I travel to Kunming.

The room was decent especially for the price and the proximity to the train station. The shower was very weak and it seemed to be just an issue with water pressure in the bathroom in general. Overall though no big complaints especially for the value!

Atour Hotel Joy City, Kunming Railway Station

This is the hotel with the best service and attitude in Atori that I have stayed at in the past few days. The front desk was very polite and kind. They also arranged the room according to the needs and gave the children a box of candy🍬. In the past, as long as there was one in the city, Atour, I will always choose Atour, but I have always been disappointed recently. Staying at this hotel made me have a good impression of this city again. I wish you a prosperous business!

Amazing staff in service and attitude! I had tons of parcels sent to the hotel and they helped me collected. I came checking in extremely late at night due to red eye flight and my room was available and warm ready for us. Breakfast was simple and satisfying for the 2 silver ladies I brought along. High intelligent rooms using Xiao Du and we had fun ordering her around. Costa coffee is available too! Definitely using this chain hotel again on my next visit!
