Kunming Xishe Qinghuan High-altitude Terrace Designer Hotel (Kunming Vientiane City)

Railway Station Area Kunming|1.76km from Panlong Aged Work Committee
The location and environment of the hotel are very good. There are not many service contacts. The gentleman who checked in was quite nice. Others were not very proactive and took photos very well, especially the terrace swimming pool. The bed was very comfortable and there were two models on the bed. Different pillows. I arrived at the store after one o'clock in the afternoon and check-in was smooth. I thought that a hotel like this would have welcome gifts or good night tea, but there was nothing. The hygiene needs to be improved. Because I didn't stay for a long time and I brought disposable towels, I didn't give any feedback to the hotel during my stay. I happened to ask about my stay experience after leaving the hotel, so I'll write a review. There were a lot of fingerprints on the mirror and the switch. I wiped it with a wet wipe. The trash can was replaced, but there were a lot of stains on the edge of the trash can. The worst part was that there were long hairs in the bathrobe and towel. The sound insulation was not very good. OK I heard the sounds of people going up and down the stairs next door and the sounds of people talking in the corridor. Breakfast is a fixed set meal. You can pick it up at the window. The aunt will not take the initiative to ask you if you want rice noodles, rolled noodles or something else. She only asks a few people how many portions they want. I don’t know if they only provide rice noodles. I personally think the fruit given is too little. , the apple only had two small pieces, it must have been cut into eight pieces and then cut in half. The dining window is a bit messy. It seems that other guests took it back after using it and didn't have time to wash it. There are drinks but no cups. After getting my meal, I went to sit on the balcony. In fact, the dining space is limited, and the seat cushions should be placed for the convenience of guests, but they were put away. After breakfast, I went back to the room to rest and then checked out!

The facilities are indeed very old and simple, but fortunately the location is relatively easy to find and it is not too far from Kunming Old Street. You get what you pay for, and hotel room rates are relatively low in the area.

Very compact hotel with moderately firm beds. One side of a pillow is rice straw and one side is soft. There is also a pillow that is all soft. Fresh fruit and water are delivered daily. Shampoo, shower gel and conditioner are of good quality, similar to the big brand. Don't bring your own. The first night was very late, the child came to the aunt who happened to not bring sanitary napkins, did not expect the front desk to send 5 Meiduo signs, very surprised and grateful. The next day, the child had a stomachache and a stomachache. He could lie down in the hotel and rest. He asked if there was a warm water bag at the front desk. He didn't expect them to pour hot water to the room. Let us rest assured outside! The hotel is very close to Metro No. 3, No. 4, less than 5 minutes walk, go to Dounan Flower Market and take Metro No. 4 for 20 minutes to Jingui Street. It takes about 15 minutes to take a taxi from Kunming Station, about 10 yuan. 2 stops from Zhengyi Road Pedestrian Street.

I am very satisfied with my trip to Kunming. I accidentally booked this hotel on the platform. I didn’t expect it to be really good. First of all, as soon as I entered the hotel, I saw a Suzhou garden-like building with a swimming pool. It was clean and hygienic. We also upgraded the room type. Finally It is worth mentioning the service! The service staff are generally very friendly! I would like to especially mention Mr. Fan Hao, the hotel staff, for his meticulous and thoughtful service throughout the entire process. Because the hotel does not have an elevator, he helped us carry our luggage upstairs and delivered it to the door when we left. I think this is the best service for any hotel. The service standards cannot be met. I hope the hotel will take it into consideration when evaluating! I will come again if I have the chance in the future

The room is exquisite and clean, relatively new, but a bit small, the front desk said that if it feels small, it can be upgraded. Considering that we go out late during the day and come back to sleep, we didn’t change it. It’s also because of the affordable price. I personally like clean rooms. The area is small. Acceptable
