房間衞生整潔，環境不錯，交通位置便利，地址在拓東路博物館旁邊，到金馬、碧雞坊很方便。酒店距離昆明火車站也比較方便，還不到2公里。

酒店房間和設施沒啥問題，跟其它布丁一樣，服務有待提高，説兩點。1、我訂了兩晚，前台給我房卡衹做了一天，第二天我先回到房間打不開門，再去到前台重新弄，距離不近，酒店也沒電梯。假如房卡衹能一天一天做，可以告知，第二天回來我自然會先去前台。假如是前台失誤，至少道個歉吧，都沒有。2、打掃客房別的都換了，毛巾沒換，還是前一晚臟的留在廁所。
