這是我在全國住的服務最差的星級酒店。除了便宜簡直一無是處，酒店的新裝修過，但是服務簡直比縣級招待所還差，遠沒有辦法和五星級酒店相比，近連一個系統的紅塔酒店都比不了，這樣的服務簡直對不起這個裝修，尤其是前台的服務最差，一個靠犧牲入住客人體驗感來節約成本的酒店估計也衹能依靠集團客人或者集團補助來生存吧！建議酒店爸服務人員排出去好好學習一下。酒店招聘也好好招一點形象好一點的人員吧

黑店 妥妥黑店 凌晨五點入住 收了400按金 前台沒有告知兩點之前退房 否則加收半天房費 直到兩點半我退房以前 前台也沒有打電話告知我 退房時候就説 按金不退 超時 必須收半天房費 凌晨五點住的酒店 超時半個小時 加收半天房費 這不是黑店是什麼

中玉酒店入住感覺非常好，地鐵站出來走幾分鐘就到了，床品很新非常舒適，乾濕分離，酒店裡的設備都非常新，前台服務熱情周到，非常好！

這次跟朋友來昆明遊玩，在昆明站附近找到了中玉酒店就去入住了。整體設計都是典雅偏中式風，挺喜歡的！前台的小姐姐都很熱情，服務也周到。房間乾淨衞生，落地窗外面沒有大樓遮擋，很清晰的可以看見外面的風景！昆明的春天，天真的好藍哦！好舒服。下次來還要入住
