The hotel is large and advertised many facilities however during our stay we discovered many were not open at this time. The hot springs near the swimming pool are empty and at the pool they were reluctant to give us towels. The swimming pool seems mainly used for swimming lessons and wasn’t really set up for lounging or hanging out.
A friend looked at the spa but was initially refused because she was a foreigner. There was a discussion with different managers but it wasn’t a welcoming experience.
Breakfast was tasty with a good variety and the room was large and comfortable.
The location was far from restaurants (aside from a very local ***** with some noodle places). So we needed a taxi to get anywhere.

This is a big hotel for conferences, and if that is what you are here for then perhaps you will have a nice time.
We didn’t care so much for the place, the decor was old and very dated, and the staff looked miserable (suicidal in some cases), and the big beautiful outside swimming pool is not actually for swimming (we got told off for going near that one) - it seems to be just for wedding photos. The actual outdoor swimming pool is far more boring….I don’t think we will return to this hotel

酒店大堂副理高園的服務非常周到細緻，幫忙安排協調升級了房間，非常給力[強][強][強] 房間也整潔乾淨，用品齊全。酒店早餐品種豐富，好吃。聚賢堂門口還有出攤，有米線、燒烤等售賣，嚐了下，非常不錯。酒店環境非常非常好，不管是像我們這種開會，還是旅遊度假都合適，強推。

會議酒店，規模龐大。優點：酒店院子內綠化很好，適合散步休息；室內和室外泳池看上去都很不錯，可惜這次沒機會游泳。
服務及管理還有明顯不足。酒店每幢樓之間距離好遠，院內的各幢樓的指路標識不明顯，遇到多位客人問路；雲苑樓門口沒有接待服務員，沒有標識樓梯位置（尤其樓梯在樓內另一角落）；而且，雲苑樓沒有電梯。雲苑樓的格局，有點客棧風格，檔次不高；房間窗户在走廊，衞生間窗户向樓外的格局。尤其這種格局，樓層較低，安全性需檢查。這間窗户關閉不嚴，夜裡備冷到了；電話到前台，居然不知道窗簾怎樣使用，還需要派服務員現場查看，有點不專業。浴袍看上去不太乾淨的感覺，至少沒有疊放整齊，沒有塑料袋裝好；廁所衞生紙也沒準備，電話後派人送來。此樓需要到隔壁清華池的前台辦理手續，不太方便，讓人感覺雲苑樓屬於隨從或員工的宿舍樓。
貴賓樓的前台服務素養不高；清華池的前台接電話的水平很高，但電話交流的服務意識較差（也許是管理問題），不過離店後電話索取水單，還是很及時周到的；大堂副理還是比較專業。
總體，此次體驗感極差。

房間衞生真的差到可以，第一次住到房間出問題的酒店，第一天晚上刷牙時，有一個牙刷是被拆封的，洗澡時在窗簾後面發現一雙不知道是誰的襪子，真的很噁心。房間非常不隔音，走道上説什麼，聽的清清楚楚。價格也是從預訂那天388到入住那天331，一直在變化，真的沒有住過那麼糟糕的酒店。
但客觀來説，早點還不錯。泡池衹有兩個，很少，我們定的是388含有温泉的房間，但是泡温泉時，並沒有人檢查進入資格，那和261無温泉的有什麼區別，是否存在虛假宣傳，讓人覺得很不舒服，而且衞生真的很差，看得出來打掃衞生真的很差勁！！！

常來的一家酒店，環境很好，青葱樹木、綠水環繞，處處鳥語花香。前台小姑娘高園服務熱情，待人親切，辦理入住專業快速，不錯。房間衞生乾淨，床鋪舒適，可以睡個好覺。

房間門口就是花園，環境很好，室內水是温泉，這個很好。就是房間送的室外温泉很一般，衹開了兩個很小的池子，更衣室和浴巾也沒有，要在房間換衣服，穿房間裏的浴袍出來，不安逸。

酒店環境挺好的，四百元左右一晚，又可以游泳又可以泡温泉，性價比很高。房間也很智能化，配的茶和咖啡很好喝。唯一的缺點是浴室漏水，漏到衞生間和房間。
