提前一天開攜程定的房 結果自己失誤沒看見訂單 給的特價房 那麼你就收特價房的錢啊 加廁所才5.6個平方 衞生極差 床上有毛 枕頭不乾淨 要不是晚上帶個2歲小孩 我直接退單不住了 空調壞了 被子又薄 加個被子都沒有 早上又要趕飛機 極差

前台小姐姐超級貼心。酒店地點也很方便，從機場坐地鐵6號線到底站再打個車大概就到了，附近就是昆明老街，南強街夜市。
設施：很齊全，連鎖酒店的標配
服務：服務超級贊，我們擔心房間水壺不乾淨，前台小姐姐用自己的水壺幫我們燒的水。我準備喝感冒葯，她還提供了一次性筷子給我攪拌，真的很貼心。關鍵小姐姐超級温柔，很漂亮

從雲南省內低風險區來昆明，行程碼和24小時核酸都沒有問題，居然被拒絕入住，前台員工出示了一個“內部通知”搞歧視，還有個穿便裝的中年女的（應該是酒店的管理者）竟然出言不遜“你要去你該去的地方”，簡直e xin 之極。後面多次解釋並簽了疫情防控責任書按手印之後才給入住，然而竟然給了一個拐角處的狹小房間（應該是賣不出去的房間），還辯稱其他房間要麼空調壞要麼沒房間，要不是比較晚了早就走了換酒店。拐角房間狹小無比，轉個身都困難。這是住過體驗最差的酒店，沒有之一。

🧹衞生：這個衞生真的必然要説，我們凌晨一點左右入住的房間，真的是沒得選，到了房間果然和評論一樣，我們兩個人入住衹有一塊浴巾，一雙塑料拖鞋都沒有，衹能踩在地板去洗澡，衹有一次性拖鞋，讓人大開眼界
🍃環境：房間沒有直達電梯需要爬樓梯，然後整個樓梯間都瀰漫著一股子尿騷味，整個走廊過道，剛剛好一個人能過，房間跟圖片沒有相符的地方，房間非常的小，而且有異味，尿騷味特別重
🔔服務：服務總體來説中規中矩，畢竟我們是凌晨入住的，前台小姐姐也蠻不錯的給我們推薦房間，重點是我們都上去了，房卡打不開，人傻了，又打電話給前台，前台跑上來也打不開，説給我們換一間房，折騰大半夜才住進去
🚗 交通：不得不説地理位置非常好，下樓就是市中心南屏街，完全不用走多遠，很方便，但是老闆就是那麼牛，能把一手好牌打的稀爛，絕了
總體來説衞生很差，很爛，環境很差，希望老闆好好思量一下，那麼好的位置怎麼能做到3點幾點評分，攜程平台完全不對酒店核實的嗎？攜程也縱容酒店的品質嗎？
