Jinbi Assembly Hall Boutique Hotel (Nanping Pedestrian Street Jinma Bijifang Branch)

Nanping Pedestrian Street Kunming|0.41km from Dongxisi Tower
We booked this place at our end of spring festival holidays, after a series of bad overpriced hotels, so arriving here was a very pleasant surprise! The location is very central, in the middle of a busy store and food area, but it's still quieter than any other hotel we stayed in. You are basically the only people living on the roof of this building, it's great! The only downside of this area is that it smells a bit like barbecue outside, but I love barbecue so it's not so bad. The room is huge! There are 2 couch areas, 1 terrace with a small table that we used to eat some takeout, there is also a small kitchen and bathroom in the terrace area. There is also a second terrace with a huge outdoor bathtub, surrounded by plants, great! Only wished it had a bit more light in the tub at night. Remember to bring some candles for best enjoyment. The bed is the biggest bed I've ever slept in, with comfortable pillows and quilt. The main bathroom is also very big, it has a nice shower, and a sauna! One thing about bathroom is that it doesn't have a fan, and it was a bit stinky in the morning. Also we had some trouble with the hot water, had to let the water run for a really long time to get it warm enough for a shower. Other small things that prevent me from giving 5/5 is that it's missing small things like a place to hang towels or robe in the bathroom, and the hot water problem.

Kunming Zi Old Residence Hotel

Nanping Pedestrian Street
This is a nice hotel in a charming courtyard, but tourists might want to base themselves closer to Cuihu Lake, where the cafes and restaurants are. The bathroom was especially great - shower had high pressure and really hot water. The staff were kind and kept our bags during the day while we were out. My only complaint is the very uncomfortable pillows (which were old and way too high) and the lack of soundproofing.

The experience was pretty good. It was the first time I brought my baby to Kunming. There were no pitfalls mentioned online. The overall environment of the hotel was good. The room was large. The parent-child room was only on the first floor. Although there were windows, it was a bit unventilated and there was a bit of a smell in the room. , I didn’t really like the flip-flops. I was in a hurry to go out and play in the afternoon. I returned to the hotel at around 8 o’clock in the evening. The waitress also specially gave me milk tea, desserts, and snacks. I loved it! Although there are not many varieties of breakfast, the rice noodles are really delicious👍🏻

It was a great experience booking this hotel for this trip! The hotel is located on the Nanping Pedestrian Street. There is a big banyan tree at the door. The overall building is antique, and the rooms are simple and elegant, clean and tidy. The service is very considerate in all aspects. When you check in, you will make a reservation for breakfast the next day, as well as afternoon tea and evening sweet soup. The various Yunnan-style snacks such as rice noodles for breakfast are very delicious. The hotel is a courtyard-style building. There is no elevator. Take the stairs. The waiters will help you carry your luggage. If you go to Dali, you can also store your luggage in the hotel. The service is very good. The hotel is located in the city center, making it very convenient to go out and play.

The location of the hotel is convenient, the room is big and clean, very comfortable, It's very close to the old street, less than 20 minutes if you can't do it, just a few minutes by taxi. The breakfast variety is relatively small, and the taste is relatively average.

Because I had to take care of some things in Kunming, I searched for nearby hotels. I saw that the pictures of Yiju Hotel were good and they had non-smoking rooms. I booked it with the idea of giving it a try. When I arrived at the hotel, I found that the location of this hotel was very good. , quiet in the hustle and bustle, and very convenient to go to many places nearby! The coffee candies at the front desk are really delicious! I forgot to ask where I bought it. The intern at the front desk was very enthusiastic and nice. There are many places to eat nearby! 👍👍👍👍👍
