the best place to spend your vacations, both summer and winter, service at the highest level, customer care at its best, everything you need comes to you in 5 minutes at most, cleanliness at its best, a wonderful staff, it gives you the impression that you are in another world, and the food, among the best that I have eaten in my life, Asian, Balkan, European food, just come more wonderful to spend the holidays in life!

That's was another amazing vacation at the Mardan palace for the fourth time... Want to thanks the whole entire staffs. The most beautiful hotel, perfect meals, rooms are very beatiful and have some especial atmosphere there! Staff is very politely!! Very tasty coctails, food, ice cream, deserts!! Also it is terrific pier in hotel where u can jump into the sea. It is very nice beach volleyball place!!

My wife and I stayed at the Titanic Mardan Palace in Antalya March 26-30, 2024. She already wrote a review but I wish to add my own to acknowledge the professional and extremely helpful and pleasant support of the Palace's administration. Specifically, I am handicapped with certain health issues. Having arrived, exhausted and in pain, I was informed that my reservation was supposedly cancelled. The back and forth between the booking company and the Palace had become unendurable when Ms. Huriye Nehir, the Front Office Manager, arrived and swiftly intervened to remove all concerns, amply supported by Ms. Zarina Kozan, the Guest Assistant Manager and her team. Our stay went from crisis to wonderful instantly. Having traveled internationally frequently on business and for personal reasons I am quite aware when performance above and beyond the norm occurs. Consider this my call-out for Ms. Nehir and Ms. Kozan and their staff. Thank you.

Titanic Mardan Palace hotel is a masterpiece of luxury. With its majestic architecture it’s a palace in its truest sense. The lagoon-like swimming pools stretch out like a fantasy land, leading to a private beach that whispers tales of Mediterranean’s charm. Dinning is an epicurean delight with one restaurant open 24/7. The variety of food is unique and delicious and outstanding. The spa is a sanctuary of wellness, offering unmatched relaxation and comfort. The hotel is not just a stay it’s an experience that is worth exploring and I would say like royal treatment and hospitality.

Big thank you to Ms Mahshid and Faryar for truly making our stay easy, pleasant and comfortable. We originally had an issue through onthebeach who confused us by not sending a confirmation email. But Ms Mahshid and Faryar managed to reassure and sort everything out for us. They also both helped us organise a surprise birthday for my mother. They ordered a beautiful bouquet of roses and cake and surprised her with a band to sing her happy birthday. They truly went above and beyond. They really made our stay so enjoyable!

Our trip at the Titanic Mardan Palace was amazing. The resort is huge and there is everything from everyone, from mini clubs full of activities for the little ones to spa and night music for the grown ups. Food and drinks are endless and the quality is excellent. The rooms we stayed in needed a bit of freshen up but can't fault the set up and elegancy. The service is 5 star, however sometimes it gets too busy so you might not get the tailored service I experienced in other venues. For example at check out I had to carry my luggage as no bellman showed up after calling reception twice. My taxi driver was left waiting outside as the porters were too busy chatting that they forget that I had a plane to catch. With regards to booking taxi through the hotel you get charged more than double the cost of a normal fare. Kundu taxis is just round the corner, it is definitely more convenient and you get exactly the same taxi you get from the hotel concierge. I would definitely recommend Titanic Mardan Palace to anyone planning to visit Antalya at any time of the year.

The hotel is stunning on arrival, such a grand entrance. Slightly disappointed that for a 5 star no welcome drinks. Shown to our room which was on the European wing, it hadn’t been cleaned properly and there was a socket hanging from the wall. Air conditioning was not good and a garden view was empty land with a full bulldozer trucks. We did ask to move to the main building and our request was granted given the noise issues and the things mentioned above. The main wing is beautiful, quieter and certainly cleaner. Beds and pillows comfortable and the air conditioning worked a treat. Food - not all restaurants were open but that was fine, the food served was tasty and hot and the waitressing staff were efficient. The kids section for food was so poor in all honesty just no choice and overcooked Turkey nuggets everyday. Bars - they open early but not all were open when we went. Good selection of drinks on offer. Roller Skating Staff - Adem was absolutely awesome such a lovely guy and very attentive always delivering our drinks promptly. It’s good to see that the staff can have a chat too with the guests. Swimming pools there are 3 main ones for the guests to use - the indoor heated which is clean and large in size, the outdoor heated - adequate in size but the smallest of the three pools and the massive outdoor pool which was refreshing. A few tiles were missing and the sides of the pool could have done with a clean. Kids club - I had high hopes for this but refused to leave my daughter on her own and to be fair she didn’t want to. There was no real atmosphere and kids were left to do what they wanted - also they could escape rather easily by sneaking out. The activities were good at the kids club and my daughter made a pottery gnome, a honey spoon and painted two tops all of which were included in the price. The ladies that ran the workshops were friendly but their English wasn’t great. Location - around 25 minutes from the airport so ideal but nothing around it. I don’t think we would return as a family unless a number of improvements were to be made.

Very fantastic hotel, the food was great and the service is exceptional. People are great and helpful. I visited nice chiling place called lackepar and had a very great drink from Alperen ,, a very nice guy, thanks alot. A very nice place experience and will surly we will visit again. ＜3
