Booked for two nights, not my first time staying in this hotel. Room is very very spacious and the front desk is nice enough to give me a room on the high levels. Lobby is currently under renovation, so there's noise. But I stayed in Level 18, can't hear anything from my room, so it doesn't bother me. Only 2/4 of elevators open as some parts are covered for the upgrading.

An important tip is to note the check-in time is 2pm-4pm. This is Air BnB style. Please take note of the local mobile number to dial or whatsapp call because there is no typical reception. Also kindly note it is Block B. Overall its an average stay. Ok for its price. Good location just 10-20 mins taxi Grab ride to Mid Valley mall a big shopping centre that is prominent in KL. The tiles are in pretty bad shape though. Stepped on the floor and it feels that it can crack under your feet any moment.

It was our wedding anniversary and the hotel staff decorated our bed and even gave us a box of chocolates. The room was spacious and clean. Very serene to stay in the hotel. Breakfast was awesome. Good variety of food though the roti canai can be improved. We ordered room service for dinner in the second night. Had a little of confusion. The staff that send our food told us to pay by cash even though we already inform the front desk staff that we are paying by the deposit. Well... we had to pay by cash. The hotel is quite near to LRT station Abdullah Hukum (a walking distance). And it was just a station away to KL Sentral. We alight at KL Sentral and took the KLIA Express to airport. Going around is quite a breeze as we travel via the LRT and MRT. All in all, we enjoyed our stay in the hotel.

Overall service was awesome! The contact person quickly responded to my queries. The place was clean, huge, & no noise outside. They also provided towels, free hot & drinking water. Nice interior design!
