It's all smooth since i choose booking hotel via the Trip apps. Don't be lazy to read a review and picture uploaded from others. Just a lil bit confuse when to check in, i'm driving to there, so, find The Intermark Mall, then go to the Gate C, you can park from level 4 and above. You'll find Lobby entrance lift, go to Level 1 to Hotel reception. After check in, you can see the lift to the hotel. It is not the same lift to the car park. Don't forget to endorse your carpark ticket at the frontdesk before you check out My check in was so easy and smooth. The staff greet me very friendly, as soon as they saw me walk in. The frontdesk manager who assist me, also was a good looking, humble, always smile, soft spoken, make customer feels comfortable ”Tenang Rasa Hati”. 5 star for you. While waiting, you will be given a Hilton Cookies, yummy ☺️ Then show your booking number and your ID, give your email and phone number and hallas your access card are ready. There's a mall down there. You can go for shoping, everything you need, just name it, pharmacy, saloon, money changer, boutique, and also a food's court. The bed, bathroom was very clean. Smells fresh, good and fragrance. The interior design just like shown in the TRIP. The next day, while i'm going out, the house keeping cleans my room just like before i've check in. He changed everything, towel, bathrobe, and top up more drinking water, tissue, conditioner etc, i like it so much... i gave him 5 star rating for this. My room so refreshing for another one more night. I like the way they separate the floor in the bedroom, so i don't have a problem to pray in here. Breakfast from 7.30 - 10.30am at 'Makan' level 11. Even i'm on my IF but it's ok, my cheat day, hahaha. There is a variety of foods you can choose, Asian, Indian, western, malaysian breakfast, pastry, salad, noodle, murtabak, tosei, fruits, cracker, everything was there. I'm not a picky person, but every hotel i go/stay, i will try their Omellete and here, i love it so much because there is so many ingredient you can add in, just name it, sausage, mushroom, cheese, etc. I have a realy nice and fantastic moment being in this hotel, and i will not hesitate to stay here again next time.

Really pretty hotel, with all around friendly & lovely staff. Location is also extremely comvenient for wherever you have to get to in KL, plenty of shopping/food nearby. The gym & pool were also great. The breakfast buffet had a variety of Chinese/Malay/Indian/Western cuisine & also had some vegetarian or gluten free options! Some highlights are the dessert/pastry section with a honeycomb for you to use real honey & their salad bar uses fresh greens grown by the hotel. While I can't say all of the food was good, you have enough choice to find something you'll love. Most of the hotel was very clean, however my main issue was that a lot of the plates/bowls/cups, etc at the breakfast buffet were really dirty. Some had scratches from years of usage however, some had patches of oil/food that wasn't cleaned off properly... Not sure if that is always the case or just during my 3 day stay. My family also found it rather dirty and some other hotel guests would also comment on it. That was the only thing ruining the good breakfast buffet they had. Finally, while the room was certainly pretty clean... As someone who has dust allergies, staying in the room for the first night triggered my allergies very badly. It was highly likely either the carpet or aircon as this persisted in areas like the hotel lobby cafe or breakfast area. Thankfully the staff were very kind & came to do housekeeping upon my family mentioning that I had allergies after the 1st night & it was slightly better in the room for the remainder of our stay. So unless there are other guests that are sensitive to dust or have dust allergies, its still a really clean and comfortable room! Definitely recommend Novotel if you find yourself unaffected by those issues as its a pretty good place to stay! :)

The Bed Bukit Bintang – Capsule Hotel

Kuala Lumpur|0.17km from Pavilion Kuala Lumpur
Title: ”Affordable Comfort with a Backpacker Vibe: Review of The Bed Bukit Bintang – Capsule Hotel” Review: My recent stay at The Bed Bukit Bintang – Capsule Hotel left me with mixed feelings, as I opted for the King Suite Pod. While the concept of a capsule hotel intrigued me, I was somewhat surprised to find that the King Suite Pod did not come equipped with its own shower or toilet facilities. Instead, guests are required to share communal facilities, a factor that may not suit those accustomed to more traditional hotel accommodations. That being said, The Bed Bukit Bintang does offer a clean and well-maintained environment. The capsule itself was comfortable and provided a cozy space for relaxation after a day of exploring the bustling streets of Kuala Lumpur. The shared facilities were also kept tidy, contributing to a pleasant overall experience. However, it's essential to note that this hotel caters more to travelers familiar with hostel or backpacker-style accommodations. For those seeking a more private and exclusive experience, The Bed Bukit Bintang may not be the ideal choice. In conclusion, The Bed Bukit Bintang – Capsule Hotel offers affordable comfort with a distinct backpacker vibe. While the lack of private facilities may deter some guests, those open to the communal living experience will appreciate the cleanliness and convenience this hotel has to offer.

First time being there but have no time to swimming pool. Everything still ok just don’t know where to check in during arrival cause there are 2 blocks there. First hotel assistant told me to call the number coz is not under hotel management. But the number unable to reach make me feel worry 😂 However at the end the second assistant told me to go another block for check in. Everything so far so good ☺️

I appreciated the service and the cleanliness of the room because they are all new. But I didn’t take bath because there is no water from the shower. Very disappointed, also the deposit took very long, it required me to remind them so that they sent the deposit. If I didn’t remind them, my deposit would have gone
Cempaka Hotel By Majestic 13

The hotel should be renovated from an old residence. The lobby is very splendid. In addition to the counter, there is a self-service registration machine and lemonade as a welcome drink. There is often only one waiter at the counter, but he is polite. There is a big gap between the decoration of the room and the lobby. The decoration of the room is old, the yellow split-type air conditioner makes a whirring sound, the bathroom floor has stains that cannot be removed, and the pillowcases also have the same problem. Fortunately, they are stained but not odorless. There is no toothpaste or toothbrush provided in the room. The triple room has a spacious space, a microwave, a refrigerator, a thermos, and a swimming pool on the ground floor. There is a free Go KL bus near the hotel, but the route takes you around residential areas and is not worth taking. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to Aeon and is connected to Sunway Velocity via the subway underground passage. These two shopping malls can solve shopping and dining problems. Take the Green Line of the Metro to Exit D of Maluri Station (Aeon), go straight, pass the bus stop and the intersection. Overall, the price of the hotel and the convenience nearby are not high and it is worth staying.

China Town
I don't know if I'm the first one in China to comment on this hotel. This hotel is next to Petaling Street (China Street), opposite the subway station and not far from the passenger station. The location is undoubtedly, but! The environment is average, the space is small, the room I live in can't see the view, there is only a big water storage tank next to it, it is very noisy, the air conditioner is annoying, blowing on people, so I cough up phlegm...of course it is my own question. There is another thing that I find particularly interesting: the front desk charged 50 MYR, and he directly stapled the reservation form and 50 yuan in cash with a stapler. When I handed it to me, I saw that there were two staple holes in the money , this is shocking, their currency is really.... dare not say Generally speaking, it is actually ok. The location, price, and service are very good. If you are traveling or doing business, you can live here. It is also a good choice
