I really like the place in the middle of the city where the monorail and mrt station are just nearby and very easy to find food.. overall a very recommended hotel..

Walking distance to Bukit Bintang MRT, variety of food stalls available, lively area and wonderful staff who assisted us when we needed assistance regarding the air-conditioning in our room!!

The staff service was excellent, breakfast was average, and the room was clean, but the nearby bars were extremely noisy. We couldn't sleep at all the first night, as the bars nearby were loud until 5am. The hotel staff seemed to be aware of the issue and did their best to solved it, but since it was beyond their control, they were unable to do anything. They provided earplugs, which helped us sleep the second night. Despite the good service and environment, it was too noisy, and we won't be staying at this hotel again.

Location is really nice , lot 10 , pavilion is just a walking distance, surrounding with nice food . Hotel staff and friendly and nicely , overall value for family trip . Only the car park , some skills needed

The 2nd time I stayed in this hotel. Good value for money. 2 min. Walk to subway and 4 min. walk to Pavilion where is the busiest area in KL. 15 min walk to TRX the newest shopping mall. Many eateries around. We have booked this hotel again for our KL trip in June and July. Recommended
