The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown

Very oppressive pillow sheets are not very clean, musty smell in the room. Towels are handed out upon check-in, very unhygienic.

clean and well maintained, except the doors use keys to lock and its abit hard to lock and unlock. Regardless, its still a bang for the buck.

The hotel WiFi and price good. But the room design very small. And very old. I never come back stay again.

Pretty grubby all round with shifty and stained walls and sheets. Room was also very noisy as it was places next to the lift. The lift took ages to come and so people stood shouting and smashing on the button for the lift all night.
Not pleasant in any way.

Im a frequent guest with my husband, due to long distance we will stay at this hotel. However the service of their staff is lacking attitude....they lack customer service. Very bad attitude...
