Special thanks to Farid, the front desk staff who is very helpful. Overall the hotel is quite good in view of its location and service, we have stayed for three nights. 5 min. walk to the Pavilion and 15 min. walk to TRX. it’d be great if they can improve in room cleanliness. We can find hair and dust inside the room. Their staff have not fully replenished the toothbrush and towels for us everyday. Recommended.

I really like the place in the middle of the city where the monorail and mrt station are just nearby and very easy to find food.. overall a very recommended hotel..

Walking distance to Bukit Bintang MRT, variety of food stalls available, lively area and wonderful staff who assisted us when we needed assistance regarding the air-conditioning in our room!!

We really love this hotel, the vibe herevery good, the vicinity also good, brekfast here very best even simple menu, they also got lunch package which is very cheap and worth to try…i wll stay again here because we live it

Room is spacious, bed is comfortable and clean but could do with abit more housekeeping for the floors as it was dusty. Beautiful pool and accessible location. Excellent service from the polite and helpful staff!
